STEALS PACKGES Awful I have an expesive package that the driver just passed I'm having to call so I can pick up something I paid good money to have it delivered to my house but these people are clearly lazy awful workersUpdate: still garbage. I had a case which once they said they I told them just say it's stolen they kept acting like I was wrong. 4 days later they call saying it's missing. They took 0 accountability. It's very sad they get away with stealing.

This post office is horrible especially when customers have to explain to them how to use their services offered online about hold services and change of address. I even called corporate to have my mailed held due to me moving. Everytime I walk in they say it’s only for customers who are going on vacation which is inaccurate information. They need to be informed or re trained of CORRECT INFORMATION

Mrs Green in the passport office was terrific, super informative,and very kind. She helped see me after my passport appointment was suddenly cancelled by another unnamed post office. I called and spoke with a supervisor prior to going in, who was also super helpful. No bad review here.

I give them one star because I ordered something and it said I had to go to a postal store, so I went here. once I got there, I gave them my address, and my tracking number. after that they said they would hold my package for me and I can come back tomorrow and get it. I coke back the next day to a new employee, so I ask her, give her my ID, and my tracking number, she said that the package was already out even though she also said it arrived there yesterday, then still said my package was out and I had to reorder it and change my addrss. I do not reccomemend this postal office.

Worst service I've ever had! They lie to you to get you out of the building and tell you to come back the next day only for them to act like they don't know what you're talking about the next day. Send your stuff back that you've been waiting on saying the address was wrong when clearly it's not and you've never had a problem before.

It’s evident that the USPS doesn’t care about reading any of their reviews because they don’t expect to go out of business. But I’ll leave one anyway in the hopes that someone cares.I made an Amazon order, had no trouble getting other packages from the USPS to my door, but for some reason, this specific package never made it to my door. There was no attempt to actually deliver it. The delivery driver just left a note in the mailbox of my apartment complex reading “No third floor delivery.” That, I know isn’t true. There’s a nice guy that has been delivering my packages since I moved here and he had no trouble coming to my door. Apparently, this one was delivered by a lady who apparently never delivers to apartment complexes, according to the lady at the counter who was shocked herself that the delivery notice read “No third floor delivery.” Her own words was that this driver does this on all her routes.I tried to take a moment to understand because if I’m going to be upset, it needs to be for a reason beyond simply being inconvenienced. But there was no understanding given aside from this is typical behavior of this specific driver because “sometimes people aren’t home.” Things is, I’m home when I order deliveries and when I scheduled redelivery, again, no attempt was made.What made me upset is there was no consideration for MY physical restriction. I get it. I live on the third floor. I wasn’t happy about it either. But considering the fact that I’m ordering things to be delivered because it prevents me from being on the road and putting others in danger when I have a dizzy spell, the drivers should simply do their job because my delivery wasn’t out of the norm and the box wasn’t heavy. The other guy had no issues, so why did she? I hate to cast judgment without knowing the full story, but this is pure laziness. And if she has a physical restriction preventing her from delivering to the third floor, she shouldn’t be delivering packages. Why even bother to load your truck if you’re not taking it to the address it is meant to be delivered to? And considering that the USPS is hiring, I’m sure there are plenty of other positions she can move into that doesn’t require her to avoid doing her job.

I have a post office box here. It’s always nice and clean. The people that work here have always been helpful.There is plenty of parking. Each time I have come here the line if they have one has always moved pretty fast.They have a passport office with plenty of seats if you need to wait.Right off of Dorchester Road and pretty easy to find .

Wow! I guess the post office is having trouble hiring people today.?The service sucks as always at the only business allowed to lose MILLIONS of $$ Every year and keep operating because of tax payers $$.I think it's time to let private industry take over our mail service.

So far no one has been able to be of any assistance with my son's passport. We applied on 3/15 and were told that our processing time was 8 to 11 weeks. It didn't go into processing status until 3/21.I have called multiple times and spent over 6 hours on hold to the 877 phone number, gave my credit card for expedited processing when we were within 14 days of travel, and nothing has changed. I am reached out to Congressman Joe Wilson and Senator Tim Scott via fax today and I'm going in person to their offices on Monday if no one here can help.

This post office is quick to send your packages back to the main facility. The mail carriers do the bare minimum and often do not deliver my mail if they have to walk up steps

They got people in the back messing with people mail not sending them out or not mailing them out ain't that's illegal to do um somebody better look into what's going on because I haven't been getting my mail and mail I send off to people they say they don't get so the people y'all hiring please make sure they don't bring there problems to work to affect other people's lives cause this is ridiculous put cameras up do something cause I'm tired of not getting my mail Summerville post office is the same too.IF U KNEW BETTER U WILL DO BETTER.

They canceled an appointment I made a month ago less than an hour before and then when I called to speak about it, Robin answered and was incredibly rude and then hung up without giving any options or alternate locations. I completely understand short staffing but not the cancel with no notice when the reason was someone retiring. That’s not a last minute thing. Also she could have been a little nicer or told me another location that was doing passports still. Honestly even just an “I’m sorry for the short notice” would have been nice. The people at the desk were nice. Robin was just incredibly rude.

The only people that leave reviews of the people that are upset or mad I'm not upset I'm not mad Miss Thelma saw that I needed my package and took the time to sift through and get me my package understanding that this isn't a service that they can provide to everybody the fact that she went out of her way to help me really meant a lot I can't say anything too favorable about the people at the counter but getting in contact with this young lady was incredibly helpful. No matter the hassle that you go through there's good people that work at this location. Also I can relate to some of the workers we all want to go home at the end of the day so I'm not knocking them for trying to get out quicker

My carrier opened screen and stuck sticker on my door oct.17, 2022. I saw the screen open so I opened door and had to yell several times for her to stop and give me package. I was sitting right near door and window. She never knocked and never rang the door bell. This is not okay. Father is retired postal carrier. Ms. Shauna Is the girls name. Last name I can give you also. Interesting little orange paper was already filled out when she walked to the door
