Absolutely the worst experience ever. Staff needs to be trained properly, without the attitudes! Every single time I come in this location to do what I’ve been doing for years, they have a different way of doing it, after standing in line for 20-30 minutes…and then expect you to get back in line. Absolutely hate this location!

Good Lord, the employees there are rude!! No matter what you ask their response is always aggressive. God forbid you ask about registered mail or firm books. The clerk tried to charge $2.00 a piece for a signature on a firm book. I showed her examples on where I was charged $2.38 for 6 items. She goes on to say I do this everyday. When it clearly took her atleast 3 min to find the screen where it was. Cross county location please send the employee back for customer service skills. Thank you

We have not received most of our mail in weeks. What does come is opened already - usually credit card offers. We get our neighbor’s mail, which means ours is probably going to someone else and they won’t bring it over to us if it is. Some of our neighbor’s have already admitted that they keep anything that comes, even if it’s not theirs. Some of the mail we don’t get is sensitive. I can never get anyone on the phone and there is no one to speak to in person. They will never reply to emails. Out of 20 mail prices, we may get two of them. We don’t get bills or medical information that’s sent. I have informed delivery- as they said I needed - but when I mark that I didn’t receive a mail piece, nothing comes from it. They come late and sometimes just skip us completely when I know we have mail.

terrible experience. had a package that was marked as delivered, i live in an apartment complex so i went to the mailbox , got my key for the parcel locker and someone else’s package was in there, called multiple times and there was no answer so they called me back later. there was no attempt to look for my package and i never received an email to send to the business so i could get a refund or get my package remailed, had to call the corporate number and still had problems through that .

If I could leave zero stars I would. Apparently people in the comments have the same issue. I kept wondering why my package never made it to my door, it says it was out for delivery but it changed and had to be delivered in the next 1 to 3 business days due to “unable to access location” which is weird because I don’t live in a gated community.I went in person to their office on the same day and asked why it wasn’t delivered because my mailbox is empty and nothing was left at my door or any knock. the woman named Jennifer told me, “it’s still on the woman’s truck who’s driving and that she had trouble delivering to my door” but she didn’t understand why. If you had trouble delivering on the day it’s suppose to be here, then what makes the next delivery day different? This package was also priority so it was suppose to be delivered on this day.So apparently there’s people who do not walk up the steps to the 3rd floor which I live on. This is unacceptable. If people are commenting and saying this then management needs to do something. Ive never had this issue before. You can definitely believe I will be reporting this issue.

They helped me find a package that was mislabeled and were so kind and considerate about it. I was in tears knowing it was okay as it was an ornament of a portrait for a family pet that does not have many years left with us and we treasure dearly. I ran out to go find it, but I am so incredibly grateful for everyone there

If you need a passport don’t go here. I’ve had three appointments cancelled here due to staff “sickness” or “staffing issues.” This time they didn’t even call me to let me know it was cancelled so I took off of work and drove there for nothing only to get told by the lady at the desk that they called everybody and I was a liar. I can see why this place has such horrible reviews and I’m not sure why I expected any different.

Why do I pay $50 for a fingerprinting service if the machines don't even work?FBI needs to figure out their electronic fingerprint "deal" with USPS.Visited this location twice in two weeks. Went to three other USPS with the same result. I wish I could give 1 star for all USPS.I don't even blame the workers for being in a bad mood. This is frustrating for everybody.

Pretty unhappy that our passport appointment for our 5 month old son was cancelled 90 min before the scheduled appointment due to staffing issues. I was not able to talk on the phone, so I had to listen to the voicemail. We attempted to go to walk-up hours, but there were a lot of people there already. We didn't want to wait with our baby not knowing when we would be seen and had a flight leaving at 2pm. It is just very inconvenient having short notice and having to take off from work to bring our baby to get their passport. Luckily, it isn't urgent to get his passport in time for a trip, but if this happens again in December, we will need to find another place to go and make it even more inconvenient for us.

Had 3 oversize packages that were supposed to be delivered. Watched the lady drive up to my mailbox, leave a note, and leave. I then got a notification that a delivery attempt was made, but mailbox was full. I’m sorry, how are you gonna fit oversized packages in a mailbox? My porch was wide open and I was home. Didn’t even attempt to deliver. Based on other similar reviews, it seems this location is in need of new management and new delivery drivers who actually care about their job enough to do it.

STEALS PACKGES Awful I have an expesive package that the driver just passed I'm having to call so I can pick up something I paid good money to have it delivered to my house but these people are clearly lazy awful workersUpdate: still garbage. I had a case which once they said they I told them just say it's stolen they kept acting like I was wrong. 4 days later they call saying it's missing. They took 0 accountability. It's very sad they get away with stealing.

This post office is horrible especially when customers have to explain to them how to use their services offered online about hold services and change of address. I even called corporate to have my mailed held due to me moving. Everytime I walk in they say it’s only for customers who are going on vacation which is inaccurate information. They need to be informed or re trained of CORRECT INFORMATION
