Dillion worked with me to replace my sister's phone. He was patient, knowledgeable, capable, and made sure everything worked perfectly before I left the store. He helped me reduce my bill. He was exceptional!

This is the most useless, unhelpful Verizon store. We upgraded a phone on Nov 24, 2023. Since then I’ve had to return to this store 3 times to correct issues that Verizon made. Today, I came in to correct yet another error made by Verizon. The associate told me they can’t help with that in the store and I’d have to speak with customer service myself. So I just spent an hour and a half in a Verizon store talking on the phone to customer service. This is terrible customer service and Verizon needs to make some major improvements.

I just went in here to return an extra phone that I received due to it having a scratch on it. Anthony was extremely rude. Verizon told me to just send it to a Verizon store. So I went to do that and he told me to do it myself. I get it you can't help that I was told the wrong thing but at least show that you are truly sorry!!!! He was rude about it. At least show remorse or actually be nice about it. I normally go to the Summerville Verizon store off of Main Street and boy am I upset that I didn't. The Summerville store is the best, you all should take some notes from them on how to have good customer service! I will not be coming back here.

My husband needing a new phone, we have been with Verizon for over 20 years , we stopped in this store on rivers. A customer service representative helped us by the name of "Andy" he's from Dominica Republic . It's the best customer service we have ever received.He was patience and wanted to help. This company is so lucky to have him! And we are so lucky he help us! Every one in customer service could learn from this guy!

I went in because my phone wasn't making calls or getting data. Instead of helping me they sat me in the corner of a store and made me call tech support by myself. I sat on hold for over an hour and nothing got fixed. I was never checked in on. I went to the Summerville store and they had me in and out in 30 minutes.

Located right off of a main road. Traffic is pretty heavy on a regular basis and it may be hard getting into the parking lot.Depending on who you get some of the associates are very impatient.They talk over you and don’t listen to your questions because they think they already know what you’re gonna say.I wish they would just answer questions without getting aggravated that you don’t understand something or you want more details. It doesn’t happen every time I come in but most times, I am more aggravated when I leave then with the problem I was having before I got there.I think they need to train associates to understand it. No question is a dumb question even if they don’t like the question.It felt like it took me foreverto get the sales person to listen and stop trying to talk over me. Once she listened, I felt she realized I wasn’t asking what she thought I was asking smh.If the Verizon net work wasn’t so reliable, I will cancel my service because of the high price and in person customer service.

Why does the verizon call center not have the availability to connect you to an actual verizon store ?I drive over 30 minutes one way so I can be helped purchasing/upgrading my phone. I do my part as the consumer to make sure the phone I want is in stock(per online retailer) I make sure an upgrade is possible if I want to go that route. I’ve never had an issue at this store whether it was adding the costs to my monthly bill or trying to buy something out right.For me to get there and have three people immediately ask me if I came to do any type purchasing (why else would I be there?) because they can not fulfill any orders because their WIFI is down.So if I would have done an online in store pick up and pre-paid would I have been out of luck or would I have been satisfied today? I’ll never know.Maybe get your stores on a business plan and have a better way to communicate with your consumers.

Yall won't listen anywhere else, so maybe you'll listen here... laying off thousands of customer service reps & outsourcing is the shadiest move yall could make... the reason you lost 127,000 customers in your first quarter is because your service stinks since 5g rollout. How dirty to do this to these hard working people! We as customers are tired of paying more for less. My father & I have been with Verizon for over 20 years, but we will be leaving. Your Corporate Greed is showing. Shame on you. Taking jobs away from Americans and paying another country for cheaper labor. This is not how you fix your failures... roll back 5g ( it's poison anyway & you know it), stop overcharging when so many other companies have lower rates and do not outsource unless you want to lose many more customers.Signed,A very angry customer who is tired of Verizon not listening to or caring about our voices.#TMobileHereWeCome

Great service. Same gentleman that helped us a year ago helped us, again. Really knew his stuff. Tried to help us in not buying a phone if he could get the phone to come back up from reboot mode. Unfortunately, was unable to. He helped us pick a phone and even showed lower priced ones that did same thing....just were behind, update wise, than the newest. Great customer service.

I'm guessing a commission on a $4-600 dollar sale at the Verizon store in North Charleston SC doesn't mean anything to the bearded sales person, I work next door, me and my co-workers purchase stuff all the time from this store, I didn't want to sign in, I wanted to know if they had a case for an apple watch 8 series 45mm, I was also going to purchase a $150 trio charger, and possibly purchase a set of air pod pro's, my service is with a different carrier, so I didn't want sign in, and get hassled about switching to Verizon, So the salesman just decided to take another customer, and leave me standing there, to the other salesman that eventually talked to me, thank you for at least acknowledging me, I just wanted to say thanks for losing a potential customer, PROVIDING HORRIBLE SERVICE, I'm in sales, Thanks for making us all look bad.DON'T BUY FROM THIS STORE, RUN AWAY
