I was completely baffled. It was more than an hour before closing time, there were people inside but the dining room was closed. That was ok, we decided to go through the drive through. We go around and get to the drive through and it was completely dark and no response. We drove slowly through and came to a side door and sat there and a young man came out. He seemed surprised the drive through wasn't working and offered to cook us what we wanted. We waited and it didn't take too long and he brought the food. We gave him a credit card and he came back and said the machine wasn't working and all he could do is take cash. Fortunately we had enough to pay for our meal. I have never had such an experience at a Wendy's or anywhere else for that matter! On top of it all there was no dressing for the salad or napkins. Very disappointing.

Were out of 1 thing I needed but convenient to run in and out. !!Update!! Made a list of less than 15 items, spent $380. Self check out not marked cash only, unloaded almost whole basket while customer in front was checking out, then I see cash only on the screen. Nowhere is there a sign it is cash only, and after I loaded my cart up again and moved to another debit card checkout, they started announcing it was cash only...need more registers

Go to the store at 10:45 pm to pick up some meds. Guard outside said no one goes inside from 10:45 on. The store hours states clearly open until 11. I just need to get one thing. I'll be out before 11. She was very rude. Why don't they just change the closing time to 10:45???

Thanks for locking up Dove moisturizing bodywash with no one around to come unlock it for a potential customer. After repeatedly asking for assistance from people standing at the locked "cage", I watched as one by one people left out of frustration. I even called the store from the inside, waited a total of15 minutes for no one to show up. Obscene! Guess who doesn't do this - Target!

I went in for a swimsuit and unfortunately even at the end of July no suits to speak of. I guess that's retail for you! While in the store I found myself in need of a restroom I tried to go in the front however the man said I had to go to the back which isn't a big deal but he'd just let another woman in to use the restroom! Ok fine I hiked myself to the back of the building... Gross the bathroom was nasty one toilet had a loaf of bread in it! No thanks!

I hate coming to this walmart because they barely ever have someone at the actual registers, and those self check out lines can get ridiculously long. I just like to get what I need. I prefer the walmart on dorchester rd. Never order food online and pick it up from this location because one day I sat there for over an hour waiting for my food. This walmart has a lot of useless and untrained employees. I also blocked my card after I used it there because not once but twice my card was declined online for people trying to buy food at walmart from my blocked card. It only happens with this walmart. 2 stars is for the nice gentlemen who helped me yesterday. Other than that, 1 star or none if that was possible.

I’d give this location zero stars if I could. Staff here are always incredibly rude, service is always extremely slow too-pickup order say they are ready but you still wait forever are pickup. We just waited 30 minutes for some to get us our propane tank we paid for and still haven’t gotten it! I could go on and on!

One time I came here and asked an associate in uniform where something is. She responded by saying she wasn't on the clock. "Okay, fair enough," I thought, because who wants to be bothered when they aren't working? Well, 4 minutes later I see this same person whining to one of her subordinates about how bad of a job he was doing. Refusing to help me is obviously okay, but don't use your time off to whine to your coworkers, that's rude to your fellow employees.

I came on a Sunday night to buy a grill. The website says it is available. After looking all over, I found it on the patio of the garden center. The door was locked and they couldn't get it for me. I ordered it online for pick up. They canceled the order saying it is out of stock then updated the website to say it is out of stock. I went today and bought the grill. The customer service rep was helpful from Sunday night but everyone else is majorly unhelpful.

I like the large parking lot , nice selection of food , prices and ease of getting in and out without too much hassle . Keep it nonwoke and you may continue to stay profitable ? Also help small businesses in the USA to grow and support Walmart and other business ventures . Move away from countries run by tyrants like the CCP . It may help in the long run ?

It’s a typical Walmart Supercenter, but in a high crime area. Compared to other local Walmarts, they have a lot under lock and key, and there are 100s of cameras outside and inside the store (which can be a good thing). Obviously shoplifting is a problem here, but Walmart is trying, it’s one of the only store I can recall that still has the entry gates to the store.

Yikes! Careful with pick up orders here. I placed an order, my child ended up getting sick so I couldn’t pick it up. Well “someone” did end up picking it up apparently but not me or my husband. So they either gave my order to someone or kept it for themselves. My card got charged (refunded once I contacted customer service although they did say it shows I picked the item up, so definitely not checking ID or confirming anything) but regardless, super sketchy and concerning. I tried to call the store to let them know but couldn’t get ahold of anyone.

Another massive Walmart with more products than anyone person could need. We stopped here before returning to Charleston Airport so it was a quick dash and run to get last minute light supplies and we found everything we needed. There were some gaps on the shelves, but we quickly found extra products located around the store.

Very pour service. I went there for a bike pump. They were locked in the glass casing. Associated talk like they are in the hood to customers. Customers services desk call for an associated to the bike area multiple times. The Customers service desk or Head cashier was no help when I tried to explain to her that no one was coming to help me. I asked for the supervisor and the Head cashier or customer services desk employee told me there is no Supervisor. The Supervisor went home.....smh Terrible customer services I received from this Walmart.
