I’ve been waiting as this location for 25 minutes to get help with my account. There is one in office employee and 3 tellers. What terrible customer service that no one else is working or can help. After having this bad experience I will be closing all My Wells Fargo Accounts after being with this bank 7 years. I highly suggest going with another bank that will take care of you. I will continue to share my bad this though all my social media accounts and peers.

Worse Wells Fargo ever I can count my money in my car go walk inside they will put the money on a money counter and my money come up short every single time! This 2 times in a row then they mix the money up before I even said give me my money back

Drive-through closes at 5 o'clock. They had cones blocking traffic from entering the drive through at 445. Also, this branch closes whenever it wants with no signs or notes explaining why. So frustrating.

Ran into this branch to do some business before they closed, had never been here before and was a bit worried due to the horrible reviews however everything went very well, they were helpful, courteous and professional. Absolutely no complaints!

ATM has been broken, not accepting deposits, for months. Pretty hard to avoid the panhandlers in front of the bank if you can't use the ATM.

I walked into this particular wellsfargo and upon walking in the staff were sitting amongst each other to envolved in conversation to speak when I walk in the door. Once I'm finally greeted by the women in the front I told her my problem and her attitude in the way she assisted me came across very rude, standoffish, and arrogant. I have been banking with wellsfargo since 2013 and have never experienced bad customer service EVER until now. Very dissappointing because I am a small business owner here and was really hoping to do bussiness with wellsfargo. Sadly this branch put a shade on the way I feel about the way they treat their clients. Love Wellsfargo Not to fond of this branch..

The Staff is Friendly and They Greet You As You Come In! There Is No Long Wait Time... In And Out.
