These guys have to have the worst customer support automated service ever. Good luck getting in touch with an actual person....you'll want to throw your phone through a window.Actually, good luck getting support in general. It's been 45 mins and the automated service sent a link to make things faster...instead of transferring me to an actual person. The link didn't work. Yall kinda suck at customer service.

If you can, go with AT&T. They will give you up to $300 in gift cards for signing up for service with them AND will pay your early termination fees from Xfinity. Xfinity’s customer service is ABYSMAL. You literally have to beg a robot on the phone for 15 minutes to put you on the phone with a real human. When I call AT&T it takes less than a minute to get on the phone with a real person. My husband and I moved 15 minutes down the road and Xfinity cannot service our new area. Xfinity is the problem, we would’ve stayed with them but THEY don’t provide service in our area but they are still going to charge us a $198 cancellation fee!!!! For THEIR inability to service us. ALSO- we cancelled our account on January 5th, yet we just got an automatic bill for Jan 5- Feb 4. When I asked the customer representative on the phone why they billed us for internet that we NEVER used, she said even though we cancelled our account we hadn’t stopped autopay- isn’t that what we did when we cancelled our service? Isn’t that the natural conclusion to jump to that we want to stop paying for the service we are cancelling? Feels like a gimmick to secretly get more money from unsuspecting former customers that might not be paying attention to what automatically comes out of their bank account. I will NEVER use Xfinity again.

If you aren't dressed well you get ignored. Literally got walked passed while waiting in line to buy new devices. I had a much better experience at the Mt pleasant store. Was not ignored. Was treated like a human.

Rarely do you get the speeds you pay for and the Internet data cap means you'll pay more in overage fees. 0/5 stars, I can't wait until there is more competition in the area so they aren't my only option.

Don't let the reviews scare you away, there's still some good employees. Stephen is a great example of amazing customer service, we came in with a problem and left with a solution and a smile on our face. We can't thank you enough!

I had the worst experience today at this location. As I was already upset because I had to drive to the store location because my concern was not getting resolved on the phone a customer service representative representative was helping but not listening fully, a very loud rude representative came to add fuel to fire. Her name is Cutie. She refused to leave my situation and help the customer in the front of her. The store manager allowed her to disrespect me and continue to taunt me by talking to other customers about me. The store manager Harold scoffed at me because I responded to the rude foolishness, never once apologized for Cutie loud rude behavior, threaten to kick me out of the store. My issue isn’t resolved and Cutie smiled because she works for a manager that allows and aids her rude behavior. I asked for a corporate contact to report my concerns and Harold told me that I could contact the service center and there was no number for corporate complaints. Horrible location!!Harold provided me no resolution, he actually gave me a number to text promising I would get a call back and that text number only sent me to the app for assistance.

Finally after the 4th visit, we got a wonderful, young woman to take care of an issue that started last week of Aug! Too bad it took 2 phone calls, 2 online tries & 4 visits & 2 mths!

Had a great experience when I went there to return some equipment. Was immediately greeted by David M. who took care of the transaction. David was very polite and very eager to help me. Could not have asked for better service.

I had the best experience! Nestor was wonderful and patient. We ran into a few issues but he figured it out for me easily. Other works came around to help and provide assistance. Wonderful crew and wonderful experience all around!#GiveNestorARaise
