She seems to have a large volume of business, but if you're one that falls through the cracks, it's not a good experience. There is no accountability or communications at all, despite repeated requests.Even after they acknowledged the error, delay and communications problems, they allowed it happen again. I finally had to go get my docs and hire a new accountant to get my taxes done for last year.
