We had a late night dead battery. 2 other companies couldn’t come out, and another was a 2.5 hour wait and almost $300. We called Allen’s and Chris came out in 20 minutes for less than $100. He was very helpful and professional and really got us out of a tight spot. Very thankful for Chris!

All customer service businesses run into little issues. What makes the company a good company? Is how well they stand behind their work and their guarantees, and they do a good job of that.
