“I just wanted to take a moment to say welcomed all the employees at FCB North Myrtle Branch make me feel each and every time I walk in the door. Even if they are not working the teller line I'm in, they make a point of speaking and asking how I have been. From opening accounts to getting loans, this team has put forth every effort to help me through the process. I can also say that while I was in the branch decorating their Christmas tree, I got to witness first hand how rude and hateful some customers can be to them when they have to follow the guidelines set for them on cashing checks etc. The team went above and beyond to try and resolve issues so the customer would be happy, despite how ugly they had been treated in public. I went home that evening and told my family, "I don't know how those ladies & gentlemen do what they do on a daily basis". So, us (the general public) needs to always keep in mind the rules and procedures are their to safe guard us and our money, and it is their job to implement them.
