“I went here to submit my passport application and it is way better than going to the mail post office. You don't need an appointment (although you need to bring everything ready including your pictures). Place was very clean, no one in line, ample parking space. Place was clean. Not super clear where to go there are 3 doors at the entrance to 3 different offices, there are signs and a map but is not very clear. Center door is the right one for the clerk (passport). The clerk was very helpful and reviewed all my paperwork carefully. A copy of a second way of identification was done by the clerk just in case and attached to my application. You can pay the passport fee only with cash (no money order as mentioned in their website) but it doesn't have to be exact cash.”

The way she counted cash had rhythm. The way she stamped papers had purpose. I’m 87% sure she whispered “approved” like a movie wizard casting a spell.
Not only was she fast, polite, and suspiciously cheerful for someone handling other people’s money all day, but she also explained my account options like she was narrating a nature documentary: “Here we see the checking account in its natural habitat…”
If all bank tellers were like Gina, I’d deposit checks recreationally. I might even open accounts I don’t need just to see what she does next. Promote this woman immediately — or at least give her a cape and a theme song.
Verdict: Went in for banking. Left with an experience”
“I normally go to the Robert Grissom branch but anytime I’m cutting is close to five and not sure if I’m gonna make it in time. I always go to this branch on 501. other banks lock doors at 5 PM these guys give you a minute or two HECK I just left there and pulled up at 5:08”

“Carolina trust is a great bank to do business with. I went in for a loan talked with Brian Dugan over at Homestown Road and he was awesome. He was able to Worked out a loan for me so I could buy a new car. I went to the dealership which is in Conway to check out another Vehicle due to the one that I wanted was sold. Brian prepared everything for me and when I called him told him the Kia was a go. Brian told me I did not have to go all the way back to Holmestown Road and he would have Hazel get the check Ready. So I went to 21st Ave which saved me time to have to go all the way back to Holmes town Road. We finished up all the paperwork and I took the check over to the dealership. This Bank is always friendly courteous and very helpful. And it doesn’t matter which branch you go into they’re all great. Thank you Brian Dugan and Hazel Maynes for making this happen so easy and quickly for me. You both were such a pleasure to to business with.”
