“I like O'Reilly's. They usually have the parts I need for my truck. Almost never for my BMW. Lol. This O'Reilly's always has 4 or 5 associates working so there's always someone to help me(if I need help)without waiting. And this store is always clean. The reason I gave 4 stars is because I bought some coolant and asked for a paper funnel so I don't spill any coolant on the ground while filling my reservoir. The manager said they don't give out paper funnels anymore because they would eventually find those paper funnels on the ground in the parking lot.
Other O'Reilly's stores still give out the paper funnel.”

“Jack was awesome!! He was extremely kind and :D I came in thinking I needed a new battery, but he took the time to check everything and found that my battery terminal was just loose. He tightened it for me, and my car is working perfectly now! He was super helpful, friendly, and saved me from spending money on a battery I didn’t need.
