The customer service here was exceptional. I interacted with three different employees during my rental, and every single one of them was wonderful to deal with. I only wish I had written down their names because each of them deserves to be recognized!
From the moment I picked up the car to when I unexpectedly needed to extend my rental because of a family emergency, they made everything completely seamless. More importantly, they treated me with genuine kindness and understanding during a stressful time, and that meant so much to me.
