The reason for stopping was to ascertain how to clean our LVT that the previous owners unfortunately applied a wax. Mr. Kocsis was extremely helpful asking specific questions about the type of flooring and manufacturer of the wax. Mr. Kocsis not only provided his professional advice but also gave us a LVT cleaner that he hoped would correct the issue with the wax.Even though we do not need flooring products at this time the fact that Mr. Kocsis spent some time explaining things to us as well as providing us the cleaning product to use. We will definitely use this flooring company for future needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.As an aside, I must caution prospective customers of an issue we experienced in the parking lot. This flooring store is adjacent to a consignment store for children. When parking our car upon arrival and when leaving customers at the consignment store had complete disregard for anyone in the parking lot. They almost collided with us when we arrived and departed.”
