The first year that I rented my condo with Thomas's, I was happy. This past summer I was not. They only rented one week for the whole summer and it was to under age hoodlums who trashed our place, did damage to the pool area, had 11 instead of the 4 maximum and smoked pot.

BEWARE!! Owners doing Annual Renters - They rented in an HOA community to an individual who is a criminal, violent, has no consideration for neighbors, plays loud "gangster rap" in the mornings, threatens their neighbors, leaves trash everywhere, can't park, uses drugs (video'd), and has a general disregard for rules. When neighbors reached out to them, they didn't care that their renter was violently threatening neighbors who own their units!!!! The police have been to our community over 30 times in the last 2 months.

I have had great rentals from here ut this time I was disappointed i rented a place to sleep 6 but only slept 5 so I had to go and get a air mattress also the place was dirty wife spent the first day cleaning and the bedding was uncomfortable to sleep on

After coming in from Phila to see a property for a annual renter I was so disappointed that they didn't even know and forgot we were coming in but inform us that they were only opened Mondy thru Fri 9 till 5 and if we wanted to see any other properties we only had Fri as we were leaving on Sunday. They could care less if we that we came in for 4 days so apparently make sure if you are looking for a property you must be available on their clocks ! Never again !

I cannot recommend Century 21 Thomas. This is long and detailed, but I want people to know why. Not knowing better, we used the same agent to sell our home and buy a new one, and it was one of the worst experiences of my life! I will not name names, but she knows who she is and what she did to us. At the same time we signed the contract to buy the house we were looking at with her, we also signed her as our selling agent. She arranged for us to move from our home and to rent the house we were going to buy (pending the sale of our house). The agent was very pleasant up until our home sold. She convinced us to sell below our asking price with a promise to make up the difference by cutting her commission on the sale and adjusting the remaining balance off of the house we were buying. She clearly stated that she would cut her commission as well as take $7,700 off of the house we were buying if we would sign the contract to sell. We took her at her word because she talked of being a Christian and we thought she was honest. Bad mistake on our part! While she did cut her commission on the sale, she would later refuse to give us the $7,700 off the price of the house we were purchasing. Her attitude turned sour when we decided to use a different closing Attorney to purchase the house we were under contract with. She literally had a melt-down on the phone with me about us changing lawyers. She later sent a text apologizing for her behavior. She then became bitter because it took us just over two months to get the proper financing to purchase the house. It was then that she flat refused to give us the $7,700 off of the purchase price. On Christmas Eve I phoned her to let her know that we had the financing and closing date. When I asked her how she was going to handle the promised $7,700, she told me that she was NOT going to give it to us now. She gave me several petty reasons, one being that "it took us too long to get financing." When I tried to reason with her that it was not our fault and that we were depending on that money to close with, she frankly told me that she was not giving us the $7,700 and did not care if it meant us not being able to get the house …and then hung up on me. We were deceived and basically screwed! Long story short, do not take Century 21 Thomas at their word. Get everything they say they are going to do for you in writing!!
