We bought expensive chairs and called to see if we could get one of them fixed.... every time we called they said the lady that handles the warranty wasn't in but she will call us back within 24 hours. called 3 times no return call.... ever! we will be taking our business elsewhere! Don't trust this company!

Lisa and the entire staff, including the delivery guys, at this location were absolutely fantastic, working with our schedule/ availability. They have an extensive furniture and decor selection as well. Really great experience that we will repeat again soon as we continue to furnish our home. Highly recommended!

Went to J & K N Myrtle Beach for the first time. Bobby Fisher was the best. Ordered a sofa and purchased an end table from clearance. Couldn't be happier and will absolutely be purchasing more. Bobby was wonderful and I will be back to see him soon. Thank you Bobby. Linda L soon to be in SC

I was mislead in my purchase of an over six thousand dollar Hudson media cabinet. When I was in the store looking for the "one", I was informed that it would be 10 to 14 months before it would arrive. I didn't have an issue with that thinking I found what I have been in search of. I was then informed after the salesperson, Laura, spoke to the manager of the J&K Home Furnishings in Little River that this unit was preordered and would be arriving within 3 to 4 weeks from the manufacturer and not destined for anyone in particular, I was ecstatic with the news and also purchased a couple of rugs, 2 chairside tables and an ottoman to complete my great room at a total of over 11 thousand dollars. When she gave me my paperwork, I questioned the word "Stock" on it and was told it was listed as such because the unit was destined to a store for display. A couple of weeks has gone by and I received a call from Laura stating that she didn't charge me correctly for one of the rugs and if I was still interested in it I would have to pay another $800.00 for it, I cancelled that particular rug instead. A few more days passed and I received a call to schedule the media cabinet delivery. Only after both sections were in my home did I start to see red flags about the unit. The remote that runs the 4 LED lights had a dead battery, I just happened to have one to replace it to make sure the lights worked. When the delivery people left I noticed how dusty and grungy the unit actually was, this did not just come from the manufacturer but was in a showroom for at least 6-12 months judging from the amount of dirt that was on it. I would have NEVER purchased this unit knowing what I do now. What I received is what I would have expected if I went to a second hand furniture store and not what I was told I would be receiving. This was my second large purchase from J&K. I didn't have any issues with the dining room set from another one of their stores.

The Long’s store located at 2225 SC 9, is by far the best of all in the greater Myrtle Beach area. The store is beautifully laid out; the furniture is top of the line for the J&K stores and the staff is extremely helpful. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs.

Great experience with Geralyn and the rest of the J&K team. This is true from the design, selection and ordering through the delivery and the attentive care to make sure everything is right and being careful with both the furniture and the house. Had an excellent experience with Elizabeth Scott as she designed our kitchen and great room. She has been working hard to keep us updated throughout the process of receiving our furniture during the new post covid challenges. Professional and courteous organization. We will definitely be using J&K Home Furnishings in the future.

Quality is mediocre. Customer service is terrible. Multiple calls. Drawers don't work right. They don't have parts. Mattress starting to rip at seam. Four months old. 5000 dollars wasted.

I tried to edit my previous review for J & K but couldn't so this is a follow up to it. After having an issue with the sofa originally delivered I was contacted by J & K and they ordered a replacement sofa. It was delivered quickly and is the pristine sofa I paid for.

The sales lady at the store I visited was very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I am waiting for the delivery in a few days for my new furniture, so it does not seem to take very long to get the pieces I chose, for which I am delighted.

Staff couldn't have been worse. Deborah or Becky in the back with the mattresses probably hasn't spoken to a human in the last eight years. You couldn't even get out "hello" before she started running her mouth. Even when you course corrected the conversation, she continued to run her mouth and that is putting it lightly. Usain Bolt wouldn't be able to keep up with her face going off. She must be an impressive rapper bc she never took a breath once. My mom and I will never go back to that store. The relief of walking out of that store can only be compared to taking your bra off after a long day. That woman was like a horrible underwire that just nagged and nagged and nagged. Management should have her moved to the warehouse. One star given for Laura in the front who walked us around to see a couple of headboards but her coworker in the back in a piece of work.
