I so disagree with the low star rating and some of the comments about this pharmacy staff. The volume of medications dispensed from this location is overwhelming. I stand in line and listen to comments from customers and it saddens me. Everyone wants their prescription right now. Give this staff a break people. Try a little kindness. You all do a terrific job and I am grateful for your patience and smiling faces!

Tammy the supposed pharmacy manager is very rude and unprofessional so is the staff. submitting a complaint to the board and to corporate. they denied they had my medicine when i tried to pick up after surgery when i called before hand to make sure they had it then when i told them this said they had it when i asked why they lied about it proceeded to yell and hang up in my face and say she wasn’t going to argue with me when i asked a very simple question. DO not use this pharmacy save the stress

I and three of my buddies vacation and golf in north myrtle beach every year. We stay in a condo and cook most meals and this is the first time we shopped in this Kroger in a few years. The store is clean and there are ample tags for specials in most aisles . There are also many extra personnel cleaning and stocking shelves while helping shoppers find product in the store. We were disappointed in that they had no ham shanks or pork butt meat for the weekend, expected to come in on Monday, we went to food lion and they had the items. The cashier was friendly and we were able to take advantage of specials by scanning a store card while checking out. The full service cashiers also had baggers putting all items in bags and loading them up your cart.

I dread the thought of having to deal with anyone at the Pharmacy inside Kroger on Main St, NMB, SC, except the actual Pharmacist. They seem to be friendly enough, but the employees are so rude and uncaring, that you're lucky if you get a nice HELLO, how are you.Normally you only get a very low-toned" date of Birth, please," and you have to question them to make sure of what they said. It seems as though they are determined to make sure your experience is so exasperating and time-consuming that you will not want to come back.I can go in 5 out of six months using the same HSA card and suddenly on my sixth visit my HSA card, which has my hard-earned money, not the Gov, or Medicaid on it, is no longer accepted and no one can give an answer as to why, or how that's even possible.Or my $10 discount card for my $400 blood-thinners, Eliquis, is no longer working, when it just worked the last 3 times I used it there. It's just always something and nothing is handled with one ounce of Customer Service.

I love the staff here, Breanna is especially helpful. The people leaving bad reviews are not worth your time, they are the ones who like to cruise in the left lane going 5 under because they think the world revolves around them.

On vacation and needed to pick up a couple of things. Kroger was convenient to where we were staying on the beach. People were friendly in pointing me in the right direction, as I was looking for flowers. Also the pharmacy was staffed with people that were extremely helpful.

I would have given 5 stars but certain members of the pharmacy staff prevent that from happening. Ms. Jackie & Brianna are wonderful. These ladies go above and beyond for everyone as does the tall female pharmacist who just returned to this location. On grocery side of this store Tiny is a great asset. He knows all the late night customers by name & checks on them all. Your staff keeps me returning

I took my prescriptions to Kroger in December of 2020. Right away the problems started. I am 67 and have Medicare. I also have another company for my prescriptions. Kroger would not accept my insurance. My prescriptions always cost $1.25.The next day I told them to send my prescriptions to Walgreens. They didn't. I had Walgreens call and have them sent over. I tried to fill a prescription today and when I called Walgreens they told me that Kroger had filled the prescription 2 days ago. This really pisses me off. I had to call my insurance company and they called Kroger and pulled all of my prescriptions from Kroger. I will never spend another dime in a Kroger store.... This borders on illegal.

I had to go back 3xs to get a prescription. Three hours of waiting then they said they have a different medical card even tho I go every month. One didn't go through from some error and I had to ask for good rx so I didn't get gouged on the price. They are not smiling or helpful or thoughtful or organized. They are slow.
