What a great experience! Quality of steak was outstanding. Select cut of 9 oz filet couldn’t have been prepared any better or tasted any better. It was as close to a prime cut as you can get. They offer a cup of soup vs bowl which the manager said corporate had stopped offering but he kept on his North Myrtle Beach menu as his customers wanted. Kudos to him! A bowl is just too much to eat as an appetizer. Our waitress Miranda was attentive and made sure our needs were take care of. And the value! WOW. We dined a local prime steakhouse last week. We do love the prime steakhouses. They do offer a different experience. But not worth 4 times the value offered at longhorn!

This is my second visit here and after a delightful visit a couple years ago, this year it went sharply downhill. 7ish pm on a Thursday and the waiter was horrible. Forgetting my drink and getting multiple orders wrong. My steak, the tomahawk ribeye was severely undercooked and very fatty. More fatty than a normal ribeye cut. While observing the restaurant, many staff members appeared to be wandering aimlessly while people seemed visibly upset with their service. Also, the bathrooms were unkempt. Do better!

Two of steaks great, one was to be med rare but was rare, rare --couldn't cut into it. Was sent back, short wait, but then it was fine. Will try back again.

Longhorn is my favorite restaurant! Always a good experience when I come except tonight. The server Rheya C was very rude, closed my tab out when I specifically stated I was still going to order dessert.. 5 minutes after receiving our food she brought us to go boxes and the tab.. I ignored it didn’t let it it ruin our dinner but then when I asked to order dessert she asked if we could pay now and if I just wanted my dessert to go…. Coming from previous serving experience, that was completely unacceptable. I understand we all have bad days and personal problems but never let that interfere with your source of income otherwise serving is not for you

Title: Disappointing Dining Experience at LongHorn SteakhouseMy recent visit to LongHorn Steakhouse left much to be desired, with subpar service overshadowing the potential of the establishment. Upon arrival, the lackluster greeting from the hostess set the tone, as she merely inquired about party size without a warm welcome. The first disappointment came in the form of the bread served – not as an appetizing prelude, but rather a test of one's knife skills. The bread was inexplicably hard, to the extent that it crumbled upon contact, making even the simple act of cutting it a challenge. Such an oversight is particularly egregious considering the restaurant's reputation.As we waited for our orders, the sluggish pace of service became increasingly apparent. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of the manager, immediate resolution remained elusive. The manager's apology lacked substance, and the promised action to address the situation was delayed. Even after demonstrating the issue with the bread, the response was lackadaisical at best. It was disheartening to witness such disregard for customer satisfaction, especially given the premium prices associated with dining at LongHorn.The ordeal continued with a frustrating wait for basic amenities like straws for our drinks and the opportunity to place our orders, despite engaging with multiple staff members. For an establishment of LongHorn's caliber, one would reasonably expect a smoother and more efficient dining experience.While I have previously enjoyed dining at LongHorn Steakhouse, this particular visit fell short of expectations. The shortcomings in service detracted from what could have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. Hopefully, this review serves as constructive feedback for LongHorn Steakhouse to reevaluate their service standards and ensure that future patrons receive the quality experience they deserve.
