What a difference losing one key employee can make. Miranda is gone. I went back to Lowes and they did not have one single cashier working a register to check out on. This is not a grocery store. I am not able to lift every item--especially the over one hundred pound items uptp the scan screen--so I just left the store--just like Lowes is leaving all their elderly customers who have shopped there for fifty years behind. Lowes can not train me like a monkey to do my own checkout. That is your job--not mine. I am not like Arnold--I will not be back unless I hear you have living people working the check out registers. Miranda used to check me and my goods out from her work station.

We went shopping today for storage tubs. Sadly, the lids that fit the tubs were nowhere near the tubs. The size we needed happened up high and were wedged in behind a huge metal pole making it difficult to get out. Luckily my husband is very tall, so he was able to move the stack beside of it to access the proper lid. This entire section was very poorly arranged. We were unable to find an associate to assist. Disappointing.

It's always an experience when I walk into Lowe's. None of the employees know where anything is. At the return desk, I asked the manager. I was looking for a fastener. She said go to aisle 15 16 or 17.Really?

Stopped in at Lowes to check on some materials for a landscaping project I was working on for inventory and appeared that they had everything in stock and organized so I could find it. Not exactly happy with the self checkout because some people have trouble with it and it actually holds up the line. I as well have difficulty scanning at times so y not put humans back to work and get rid of self checkout or if I'm going to do it give me a discount

Lowe’s North Myrtle Beach has a major delivery problem. Three times I drove 4 hours from NC to accept my washer/dryer. Two of those times I called before I left home and was assured of delivery.On the day of delivery, , (three times!) I was told that my dryer was not available. Three wasted trips. The NMB store has no idea what their delivery service is actually doing as there is no communication between the two. Lowe’s delivery system is totally incompetent. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Lowe’s, you need to fix your system. As it is now, I wouldn’t purchase a shovel to pick up horse poop from Lowe’s.
