I have my third massage tonight with Tonya. I have had a ton of massages from a ton of different therapist. After the first one I knew I had found a great therapist and possibly the best so far. After the second time I knew I had to go ahead and join the membership. Tonya knows all the right pressure points in the neck and head to immediately take away a migraine. Her pressure is spot on. She even does a hand massage that is probably my favorite part. I always feel like she is taking her time and never rushing to get through even though I’m typically one of her last clients for the day and I’m sure she is ready to go home. I told Tonya that if she ever left I would be right behind her following her to the next place. She assured me she was not going anywhere anytime soon so go book with her! The rest of the staff is equally as helpful and sweet. I had an issue with my gift card the first time and Victoria was right on it with getting it resolved.

I got a membership on a whim after receiving a massage. I have 7 unused services and have tried to cancel. They told me I was signed up for a year and can not cancel without a doctor note saying I can not have massages or wait until the year is up so 2 more monthly membership fees.I tried to cancel a few months ago and charges stopped but then continued again. They said they do not have it on record I tried to cancel. I am not sure what is going on I just do not want to keep paying for this I will never get caught up on these massages. If I do get it cancelled for living so far away (hour) I only have 60 days to use all 7 services or they are forfeited.Membership is really not for everyone and hard to get out of.

Would not recommend this place. Went to get a massage one time and felt pressured to get a membership. The next day I emailed several time to get my membership canceled. I heard Nothing back and called twice the next day. As stated in the contract I should be able to cancel within the first three days. Extremely disappointed and upset!

I had a massage with Annette T and she was amazing! Perfect amount of pressure and really worked out all the kinks! I highly recommend her and all the staff there were super friendly and helpful!

Had my first ever massage today with Ms. Annette and she was SPECTACULAR! I was really nervous about getting my first massage and didn’t think I’d enjoy the experience because I’m not a fan of strangers touching me in any way but Ms. Annette made me so comfortable explaining the process and everything from start to finish. I will for sure be back because she made the experience just phenomenal!

I purchase 12 massages for my wife’s birthday last April. At the time, I made certain that she could use then at will. 1 a week, 1 a month or skip 2 months etc etc. No restrictions. That was my understanding. 1 yr later there were 2 unauthorized charges on my credit card for a total of $160.00. I call the credit card company and reported the unauthorized charges and they were reversed. I call the location in North Myrtle beach and received resolution., quite frankly, every excuse in the book except an amicable resolution. I highly recommend looking at the ultra fine print. Almost $1000.00 later, my wife had 5 or 6 unused massages that I’ve been told she cannot use unless we spend more.I stand to loose $450.00 plus of a gift certificate that I’ve been told is worthless by a poor excuse of a quality customer service experience.

Nathan is awesome. The staff that does the scheduling has changed frequently and I had several issues. Three scheduled massages never actually got scheduled. I had a massage last week and verified with the front desk that I had one more 60 minute session on my package. AFTER my massage two days ago I was told I only had 30 minutes. I had to pay $46 for the session. I would not recommend this poorly run business to anyone..

Annette gave an excellent Massage, very personal attention. Atmosphere was great. Excellent customer service from front desk to massage table. Great Christmas gift.

Nathan was very good. Felt much better after a neck and back massage.The atmosphere was very clean and personnel very friendly.Would definitely recommend.

I am a member out of state. When visiting North Myrtle have attempted to book a message. These people never call back or anwer my text to book an appointment. Tried at least a dozen times on different trips. Compared to my home location, NMB from my experience is not worth joining.

North Myrtle Beach Location is terrible. We are members in PA. Calls to NMB location go unanswered. Voicemails and texts to book appointments go unanswered. My opinion, very poorly managed location.

Tried this location for the first time. I was considering a membership. But that won't be happening now. The massage started out ok and then the masseuse started to go lighter and lighter with the massage. (I requested deep tissue)While she sat on the stool behind me working on my shoulders, she would stop...start... leave her hand there and not move it for 10-20 seconds. It was very uncomfortable and unsettling. Once I realized what was happening I pulled off the towel she had laid across my eyes and she was chin in chest sleeping. She had fallen asleep and started snoring during my massage!!!! I woke her up and told her we were done, her reply was is it because you are too hot? ...Really? ... once I was done I went to the front desk and asked the manager to contact me about this situation. She did call me and asked what happened. She told me she would call me back that day regarding the situation. Here we are 4 days later. I won't be returning to this location. Very disappointed...

After having my second membership since being here at the beach. They now have very short staff and cannot provide the service you like or need in a time that works for their clients. I am now trying to get my refund back for six, sessions I have not received, and do not want from this Establishment. They are now trying to tell me I have three appts ser with someone I never received confirmation about. Just give me my refund and we can both move one. Sadly, their best employee moved on. Don't waste your $$, at least on a membership.
