“We visited Dirty Dawg on Friday, 6/6/25, to use their self-wash services after our pup had a blast swimming in the salty water. As out-of-state visitors, we weren’t familiar with the setup, but every staff member welcomed us warmly and took the time to thoroughly explain how everything worked.

I have a golden retriever with sensitive skin, and they recommended an oatmeal shampoo and conditioner treatment—which left him feeling (and smelling) amazing! Not once did I feel like my questions were a bother or that I was an inconvenience.

“I have a boxer who has a serious health condition and we know we are nearing the end. Max was refusing to eat everything, even the things that he loved to eat. So when I found Kelly’s K-9 Kitchen I was praying for miracle. I got a little bit of everything that I could find that I thought we might have a shot with and he absolutely loved it. He devoured everything words cannot express how happy I am with this turn of events. They have made a permanent customer out of me that’s for sure. If your dog is a picky eater, I would bet you that he would eat The products from Kelly’s K-9 kitchen. It was a little hard to find the first time so I called and she gave me excellent directions. I Love this store and the owner.”

The staff was so welcoming and supportive, going above and beyond to help provide things I needed to get her home. “Never, ever, EVER again.

My 4 Yorkies normally go a private groomer but she recently had surgery so I've been taking them to Petsmart. They had an appointment today but they were short a groomer and asked if I could reschedule so I called to see if Petco could fit them in. They said yes and I took them in at 1:15.

When I take them into PetSmart they typically get all 4 in and out in 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours.

I didn't walk out of Petco with my Yorkies until 6:22. Over 5 hours.

To make things a million times worse, the manager was RUDE and when I finally got them and they handed me my bill, I almost PASSED OUT. For 4 full grooms at PetSmart they charge me around $240.00 depending on what package I get and keep in mind, that's for 4 FULL GROOMS.

Today, only two of my Yorkies needed a full groom. The other two only needed a bath and nail trim. The total with the same customary 20% tip? $380.00!!!!!!

How on EARTH can they justify charging that much for two grooms and two baths??? I will NEVER set foot in that place again. Who can AFFORD that??? They just lost a customer for LIFE.”

Thank you Ben for helping me get everything in my car!! Ben ,very patiently , would not give up when I was having trouble getting my reward points until it finally worked! He didn’t have to care that much, it was for me to save money, but he insisted. Best customer service !!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!”
