Misguided the quantity and CostMy Dr sent medication for 30 days with 60 qty. and they gave me 15 days with 30 qty. but their invoice mentioned 60 qty and the amount was 52.01. But they tried to charge 52.01 for 15 days (30 qty)and responded very rudely after I showed their invoice is mentioned 52.01$ for 30 days (60qty).

Very unprofessional. When you call multiple times to find out if my medication has been refilled you should call back. I don’t want to show up there for y’all to tell me it’s out of stock again. I have been calling for 2 weeks now and not one person has called me back. You could at least send a curtesy text out. This is very important medication and i just can’t seem to understand why you can’t call back….

Waited a ridiculous amount of time for a prescription that was as already ready. There were two people in the pharmacy and one person in line in front of me.

Tyler the Assistant manager was rude to meMy hadicapped father was with me and walks with a cane and isnt very mobile and has AlzhiemersTyler was so freakin rude and disrespectful to my dad I had to just leave and goto another pharmacy before i end up needing legal counsel

Great prices in a great location. Has everything from a good variety of food to super low prices on beach chairs/extras and flowers/plants for your home. We love their chicken strips!!!

I would not recommend them, especially for the elderly. When my mom's doctor called in a prescriptions, we would wait and wait for notification it was ready, but it never came. We learned they have 24 - 48 hours to fill it, so if you come in and request to wait for it they will fill it. You might as well plan to do your grocery shopping as well then. Whe I inquired why, they were rude and short. How horrid to make an 87 year old women wait through a severe UTI and very hard of hearing.

If you want rude, unhelpful, power-tripping Pharmacists come to this location. If you expect to fill your prescription within 1 hour - dream on. Only reason they get 2 stars is due to the technicians that work there, they are nice and helpful. The pharmacists could learn a thing or two from their Techs.

They play bait and switch on their specials. The mobile app and sign at the meat counter said "buy one get one free" for spareribs. But at the Register they said it applied only to frozen ribs. See picture. Then they had bacon on sale. It was outdated on June 26, but today is July 1. Selling outdated stuff. Their special steaks were outdated today. I don't mind their higher prices but they need to have good stuff - not outdated food or games. I told the manager - he did nothing. No rain check for the bacon. Useless.

Had to use this location because I was out of town. Does NOT compare to my hometown location in any way. Lady running register was unprofessional, chewing a large amount of gum. Wait time was long, despite there being 3 other women behind the counter. Of course, I was behind a lady complaining so that did not help.

Publix was once great. Shopped with them for many years in Florida. Live in SC at present. They always cost more than other markets. Clean stores. But, even months after Covid their prices are so high that they border on the ridiculous. Most importantly, they seem unable to keep items in stock. Very frustrating shopping experience. Disappointing.

The personnel at this pharmacy are wonderful. The pharmacy services are very good. I am happy that they are doing their best to accommodate my needs.

I absolutely was blown away today by the customer service that was shown to my son and I today. The store manager Paul phan, Asst manager Chris Kells and The bakery rep cary exhibited amazing customer services and urgency today. While exiting the store after paying for my catering order with balloons and my 3 year old in tow, My order of birthday cupcakes for my son fell. I immediately panicked and my heart sank. The store manager Paul immediately jumped into action and grabbed the ruined cupcakes and begin orchestrating a plan with chris and cary to restore my order. Amazing team work!! My family thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts. Please know that you further solidified our reasoning of Publix always being our first choice!!! ?
