Stopped in this Salvation Army thrift store after not visiting for 5 years and I was blown away by the bargains and prices. They were great! I was set to buy 2 end tables and coffee table advertised on Market place for $200 that day but my eyes made a bee line to another set and nicer too, right in front of the store all for $40! No more Goodwill, they priced me right out the door.

I love this store. I have said more than once how refreshing it is to find a thrift store with thrift store prices! Everyone is so helpful…..especially the sweet cashier named Kendall. She is fast and so efficient . Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I have been shopping at this Salvation Army for years. In the past, there was a male manager that was not great but since he has left and other people are running it, it's great. I have read the reviews and laughed. Please read the signs on the door that clearly stated the business hours and early closing times, the world does not revolve around the "Karen's and Ken's". It is not the fault of the employees that they have to close early and get out on time, that would be a company policy.I have read some posts regarding Kendall (the front desk girl). She is very friendly, nice, outgoing, and personable. I have seen the RUDE,DISGUSTING, and ENTITLED people that they have to deal with. I have never once seen Kendall be anything but sweet and outgoing. I have read the reviews on most of the posts and when I see that a person gives one or two stars most of the time, that says something about who you are not them. The people who go there all the time know the truth and take their opinion with a grain of salt and a lot of laughter. Keep up the good work Kendall and know you are appreciated by people that come in all the time.

Well, personally, I think Kendall … the young lady…. fair skin long black hair, beautiful, sweet girl. She is always helpful kind and considerate.. Kathy is also wonderful. She’s a nurse like me and she volunteers and gives back and is so kind and helpful. She and Kendall make a great team. All of the girls are wonderful. I don’t see how anyone could say. Anything negative about anybody that works there.. They are kind and considerate, helpful, pleasant, and it is my favorite hobby to go to the Salvation Army and find wonderful things at a very low price while also giving back to the community. Again, Angela is very knowledgeable about antiques and collectibles and it’s helpful when you go there. She is kind, and considerate too. I don’t want to miss anybody because I don’t know everybody’s name, but the whole team is fantastic! big shout out to the Salvation Army at North Myrtle Beach and shame on anybody that is less than gracious to them. When I go in there, it is extremely busy and there’s a mile long line, and they are always patient and kind!! Thank you all for what you do.

By far the nicest thrift store I’ve ever been in. They constantly put out new merchandise and always have so many good items at great prices. The staff is great, especially the young girl at the counter and the volunteer that helps during the week. They always act excited to the customers & treat everyone so good! One of my favorite things about going to the beach!

All of the employees are very friendly and professional. Kendal has always made my checkout experience pleasant. I have been shopping here for years and I shop this store atleast 3 times a week. I see customers being rude but never the employees. Some of these reviews are made by rude people who can't read signs or follow the rules. I am usually in the store for awhile and I see the cashiers and other employees interacting with the customers with a cheerful and friendly attitude.

I love the short black hair girl in the front of the store. At the register She’s always so polite always willing to help everyone always smiles don’t matter if I having a bad day, she made my day. I love everybody at the store.

We frequently shop the NMB store. Shout out to the cashier, Kendall, who always cheerfully and warmly greets us. On senior day, when the lines are long, Kendall quickly and accurately checks you out while still remaining calm and pleasant.. She makes shopping at this store joy!

The Salvation Army NMB is a fun place to visit. I support this store with both donations and purchases. It’s rewarding to know that the support goes to such a worthy cause. The staff and volunteers are appreciative and friendly. Kendal and the others provide a welcoming and helpful shopping experience that keeps me going back!

Little long black haird girl with face piercings at register was very rude. Wont be back to that location!! I dont recommend going. The other employee was ver polite.

This store was smaller than I thought. No public restroom. No kids clothes and only a few toys. Decent prices though.

Close at 3:45, not 4. Super lazy rude incapable employees. Was here twice today shopping for a new home was ignored several times by front desk girl when I had a question while she let people cut me in line. Then the tweaker lady who finally helped me and had been talking to herself while working made an awkward, condescending comment about my service dog. I was told when I got here the second time they close at 4 and have to lock the doors early to have time to clock out lol.. guess if you can't spend the whole 6 hour shift working you deserve to work in a place full of trash, people included. Glad I didn't give any of my money to these digenerates!

The best Salvation Army prices I’ve seen in a long time. Surprised how small it was which got my hopes down, but I found some very great things for affordable prices. Very pleased with what I bought definitely would recommend coming here to shop
