My wife and I bought a pair of socks for our 9 year old grandson for Christmas. He wore them one time inside the house and when they were washed they fell apart. We took them along with the receipt back to exchange them and the guy working refused to exchange the item or give us a refund. He basically called my wife a liar and said he didn't believe her!!! To say I am upset is an understatement. I would advise against shopping here. Had to put 1 star to be able to post but they deserve 0 stars.

I bought a Clemson ornament but also wanted a NC state one, which they did not have. Counter girl checked with another store and found item at Broadway at the beach. Said they would hold. Got to Broadway and there was no sports zone listed. Called original store and she gave me location. Turned out to be Fanatics which she failed to mention.

Was just in Myrtle Beach in September 2020. I was able to find the impossible. Dallas Cowboys t-shirts that aren’t 100% cotton. Sports Zone had two different new designs (with material compilation to Nike DriFit) and carried them up to size 4XL. The gentleman at their Barefoot Landing location was kind enough to look up which of their locations had other sizes in stock.I wish they had more Dallas shirts with that material. I would have bought them all.Thank you Sports Zone!

I will start by saying I have had an online business as a “second†job for the last 10 years selling sports jerseys. I deal with mostly used items but some new. I have worked extremely hard learning the different types, brands, etc. I was super excited to find this place while on vacation-until I started checking out their jerseys and Nike shorts. This store is selling counterfeit items! These are knockoff-bootleg jerseys and shorts. I'm 100% sure of this. I have studied tirelessly over 10 plus years on how to tell the difference and now I have spent almost a whole day of my family vacation making phone calls and getting sent in different directions trying to report them. Crazy that this store is aloud to operate in such a busy place! I wish I would have took pics to add to this review, but was so in shock and appalled that I didn't even think of it. I will try to get some pics before heading back home.
