Called Wed for a home quote. They sent me a form to fill out while other companies took my info over the phone and usually got me a quote live, same day or next day. Sent form back on Wed, It is now Monday afternoon and no response regarding my quote. I did sent an email last Thur and the response was our team has it and will get back to you.... Again Monday afternoon, no response.

Honestly I was recommended to this insurance company and what a joke they are. I came in wanting top put insurance back on my car and the first email I receive from Audrey Booth was that she couldn't offer any assistance to me because i already had a policy. A policy that had just cancelled in October. From there i repeated myself in multiple emails to her multiple different times because she couldn't comprehend that i had no insurance and was having issues with my previous company. I had asked not once but twice for a copy of the report that was showing I had multiple accidents on a day I was involved in only one ( the car was totaled and I was hospitalized for the day). they claim I wrecked multiple times that day. Audrey told me there were "several incidents" on my report but flat out refused to provide me with a copy of the report, she did not want to answer my questions. The final straw was the last email I received from her " I don't know what else to tell you", well it was easy, provide me with a copy of the report that I am LEGALLY entitled to as a consumer. They want over $800 down payment and $400+ a month for a car with a clean record. But refuse to help me figure out a way to clear false reports of accidents on my record. They would not give me any recourse on how to properly appeal my record that has falsified my driving record.To add they will take their precious time responding so if you're without insurance they'll push you past your 7 day mark intentionally and then throw in your face the repercussions of "fees/fines and having your licenses revoked". She made sure to let me know id be in trouble the longer i wait, but it takes them at minimum 2 weeks to get in touch with you, if at all. I have reported this company to the state.

Reached out for a quote on insurance on the condo we were buying. Repeated phone calls, emails and nothing from them but promises and excuses after providing them the information they requested. I Had a deadline of June 1st. Finally had to reach out to another company which had multiple quotes to me within a couple of hours. As of today, they have never gotten back to me. Not sure what the problem was, but if this is how they handle people trying to do business with them, how are they if you ever have a claim. Shop around, this isn’t the only game in town, even if they act like they are.

I inquired about homeowners and auto insurance 2 weeks ago, corresponded with someone named Deidre, returned all requested forms and have yet to receive a response. Is there an option to give zero stars? One star is too high.

Audrey Booth took my call and was able to provide a quote within the same day. I had a tight schedule in order to close on a purchase. She was thorough communicative and patient. Once I decided to purchase the policy, she was able to bind it within a few hours.

We have a second home in North Myrtle Beach. I got a homeowners policy with Tilgham. They did not inform me that I would need to take pictures and upload them. We have been out of town for two months. I contacted Kim Brown, my agent, concerning this matter. She was supposed to get back with me two days ago. I’m yet to hear from her. Since speaking with her two days ago, I have now gotten emails indicating that my policy has been canceled. This is very unprofessional on their end and very frustrating on my end.
