There are no words to describe how grateful I am to Natalia at the Salon at Ulta Beauty for saving my hair. I had a HORRIBLE experience at another salon when I went in requesting a simple set of highlights. Instead of the simple blonde highlights I had gotten at other salons over the last 15 years I walked out with orange roots and chemically burnt off hair.I called Ulta and Natalia said she would be happy to work me in to see what she could do and what she wound up doing was nothing short of magic. Not only did she correct the damage by cutting layers in my hair to stop the breakage, but she did a full corrective color and my hair wound up looking better than it did before it was damaged at the other salon. I walked in Ulta in tears and walked out crying tears of joy. I will NEVER let anyone else touch my hair again. Natalia is truly a miracle worker.Thank you, Natalia for saving my hair!

Cristina did a brow lamination for me and I love them. I hardly go get my eyebrows done and she did a fabulous job. I love everything about the lamination I'll definitely be back.

I went several times over a few weeks and there were bare shelves that weren't restocked. The body spray and perfume selection in lacking. Not one vanilla scented body spray anywhere. For weeks.

I visited this particular Ulta store in January and purchased a NYX FAT OIL Lip Drip Lip Gloss and decided I'd purchase an additional lip gloss because of the "buy 2 get 20% off" in-store sale.To my dismay, once I got home I discovered that the seal was broken on one of the lip glosses. I brought it back for an exchange and was told I had to pay the difference of a full priced lip gloss. I did not purchase a full priced lip gloss to have to pay full priced. It makes no sense at all.I'm sure they do this regularly and probably pocket the additional charge. I shouldn't have to pay for them leaving tampered products on the shelves. I won't be purchasing in-store anymore.

I let my short hair grow for 4 months in order to get the cut I was looking for…totally and completely explained the style and stylist said she had it and proceeded…I had washed and styled my hair prior to going in so she could understand what I wanted so all she did was wet my hair…I told her several times not to cut it too short …within 10 to 15 minutes my hair was gone …so so short, I waited over 30 minutes because she was double booked…a lady was sitting there with color on her hair waiting, so this employee was doing both of us at the same time …I am so angry and upset that I now have really short hair and is not at all what I ask for. I even told her while she was cutting please not too short. Worse haircut ever and then when I went to pay it was close to $100.00…she re entered in the computer and brought the cost down to $62.00 for a man’s cut and that’s exactly what I look like ….she said let it grow and next time she would not cut it so short and booked highlights for a cost of over $150.00…believe me this appointment she made will not happen and .NEVER WILL I GO TO ULTA FOR A HAIR STYLE AGAIN!! Outrageous cost and now it will take about 8 weeks and wearing a hat. Horrible experience!!!

Had a wonderful salon experience with Reagan. She did exactly what I asked for my hair but better. She takes her time and makes sure her customer is happy with the results. Highly recommend booking with her!

This is usually my go to store in NMB. The customer service is really good but the store was in a mess today when I shopped there. I was very disappointed in the Lancôme section, low stock and messy display area. In some sections people must have been taking inventory, baskets of products were on the floor and staff were blocking access to the displays. I realize inventory and clean up must occur but maybe not on the weekend. The store just felt neglected. I want to emphasize how cordial and helpful the staff was or I would not have given three stars.

Anytime I’ve ever been in this store they have always been very helpful. But today the girl went above and beyond. I went in to find some makeup because my skin has changed and I wasn’t sure as a 40 year old woman what I should purchase. A young beautiful girl helped me. Nefertiti was AMAZING! She went above and beyond helping me find what I needed and answering all questions I had. Please give this girl a raise! She deserves it!

Brian(beauty adviser) was the most knowledgeable person I have ever talked to about cosmetics. He wasn't trying to sell me things I don't need and knew how to best apply everything. He needs to teach this to others
