What a pathetic place! Very rude employee Beverly refused to provide me with little bit of tape for my package forcing me to buy $4 tape. I come to USPS several times a year to return my packages and every time employees were nice and put tape on my packages. Beverly lied to me that she had no tape and they don’t tape packages for customers for over 20 years. That’s is why I always use UPS or FEDEX but unfortunately some of the companies I order from use USPS for returns. So pathetic and cheap you’re trying to make money of your customers!

I literally just moved here 2 weeks ago. I paid $226 for a PO BOX for 1 year. I had my meds sent by mail to the post office. For whatever reason they returned them to CVS saying I moved without giving a forwarding address!! Really!!! What’s the point of paying for a PO BOX if this is going to happen. It was only 1 bottle of pills. Now I have to go without until CVS settles this and sends them out again as my insurance won’t pay to fill it again. I certainly didn’t move as I just got here. Disgusting!!

don't attempt delivery and just mark Amazon package as attempted but customer requested it to be held at post office?? I was home all day and my other two packages were delivered... why would I turn away 1/3 packages then ask you to hold it? Flat out lies. Had to file a complaint with Amazon as I can't get up there to retrieve a package that wasn't attempted for delivery. Not everyone has the transportation or ability to maneuver around the lies put by usps when they just don't want to deliver their package. You can't call either... the pick up and hang up if you've been on the line for longer than they want it to ring... saw it happen in the office at one point too..

I wish ZERO stars was an option. Absolutely AWFUL!!! I am on vacation and had an injury. I ordered cold compresses from Amazon since my mobility was a problem. Luckily I packed 1, but wanted more to rotate them in the freezer. They claimed is was an “undeliverable” address. That’s odd… Google has no issue finding it. Apple Maps doesn’t have a problem either. Our unit was on the second floor. I would have accepted them dropping it off under the cover area downstairs. They didn’t even have to climb the steps (if that was their issue and they were just being lazy). They just said it was undeliverable after being out for delivery and sent it back to the seller without even attempting to deliver. No phone call, nothing. I thought this was just a fluke. I later read about an eclipse and decided to order glasses for the whole family to view the eclipse. The package didn’t even leave the facility. They immediately marked it as undeliverable and returned it to the seller. Amazon tried to contact the facility but couldn’t get anywhere. Now my 5 and 13 y/o boys are upset because the people working at this location are too lazy to do their jobs. Don’t our taxes pay your salaries!?! I want my tax money back. I have NEVER had an issue getting something delivered by Amazon via USPS at ANY other location I have stayed (multiple states and locations). This is pathetic. Your location needs to DO BETTER!!!

They need to get the Longs Post Office back up because this branch here is so incompetent..... we have been getting packages here since 1984 and somehow today when a package was suppose to arrive, it says returned to sender because they can't locate our address..... NOTHING has changed, we got a package last week, and the week before but today they say they can't locate our address.... either someone is stealing packages or just a lazy jacka$$. When I try to call and speak to someone, I get nothing but a stupid automated recording and no answers....

Those laze people never delivery on my home. They make me drive every single day 10 min to pick it up. I just moved from a furnished home to an unfurnished, so I’m literally shopping every day. I can’t imagine if I was disabled and with no car. That is unacceptable. I not even live in a building that could justify that. I live in a home with no gate, no code. They have access direct to my door. I never had problems with FEDEX or UPS. They are great and always put my packages on my door. And when I try to ask then at the facility they are always extremely rude to me and not even answer my question. USPS became a nightmare mare on my life!

Just horrible..Would not attach a label to a package. Went to UPS before and they did not have any issues with their packages. SORRY SIR WE CAN'T ATTACH LABELS. The rep. said can't take your package, I can sell u packing tape or come back later when you attach your label. GOT TO LOVE IT

If I could give us a zero star, I would.I went to this location around 4:15pm 8/1/23. I was helped by a tall Caucasian, skinny lady with short blond hair. I did not get her name because she was not wearing a name tag. This lady was as rude as it could get. I work in a corporate office, so I have great experience dealing with people every day, I also know how to talk to people. She apparently did not know how to talk to someone or how to deal with someone.Whenever I order things online I usually have to return them through UPS, which has always been an excellent and pleasant interaction. It doesn’t matter what location I go to they’re always very helpful and quick.This time I had a package to return to sender through USPS. When I got to the counter my packages were not sealed, she proceeded to tell me that my packages are sealed which is very clear and then told me that I needed to buy a pack of tape in order to get my packages sent off and that she could not tape it up for me. She then asked her coworkers if there was any more tape for sale the coworker responded “no”. She then proceeded to grab her tape behind her that she had on hand and sealed my packages…. Weird right?? She then told me that I had to pay for my packages to be returned. I politely said “no, I don’t. I have a barcode for return”. She then gave me the nastiest sigh, her body language was the worst part of it all. She further went on to say that I had to purchase a box to put my packages in for return. I was done at that point, I told her to give me my packages back and to forget it.Needless to say, I will never visit this location again.She did not want to help me at all. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or she just completely hates her job, but it was completely unacceptable.

“If you don’t receive letters here you won’t receive packages here” - Very unhelpful USPS agent informing me that despite the address being correct and someone available to receive package, they didn’t even bother to attempt delivery since I’m not “from here.” No attempt to help me track the package, stop the return to sender, or contact the driver. Really I’m not sure what the point of USPS is.

I will only use North Myrtle Beach Post office. Calabash and little River are closer but always seems to run into a problem, and they are closed for lunch. Inconvenient
