I moved to Cherry Grove in September and I was so upset when I learned after arriving that (because I’m living in a resort without a designated mailbox) I’d need a PO Box. Well, I’m perfectly fine with that now! The team here helped me through the process and they’ve truly been wonderful!! I have a really crazy amount of packages delivered, and I’m sure it’s a hassle when it’s a huge or heavy stack, but they’re always great about it and never make to feel like they’re inconvenienced at all. The location is so convenient, there’s always easy parking and shopping carts are always available for packages. Plus, the hardware store is open 7 days from 7-9, so that works for me well. And everyone in Ace Hardware is super friendly and helpful, too! Most importantly, it’s always so nice to be greeted with a kind word and a big smile! Kudos to USPS N Myrtle Beach!

I too took a change of address form to the post office. And from past experience I specifically asked them if they needed to see ID, and I was told no because I dropped it off in person and they in the cherry grove office would be forwarding it to the Conway office. 3 weeks later we get a notice in the mail at our current address say they need to see a photo ID.United States postal service is a jack leg run organization.

Totally lazy slobs. I’ve filed out two change of address forms and still I haven’t gotten my mail . The dope behind the counter could care less. This is a Hee Haw operation and an embarrassment to USPS.. no wonder they’re always on the verge of bankruptcy..

This place is unprofessional. Tried to call them back about a package and they answered the phone and HUNG UP !? What kind of business is this. Very very unprofessional do not recommend using this place. Used it before they lost my package! I ordered something for me and my boyfriends anniversary was supposed to arrive 2 days ago. Got a call today may 24th that it would arrive today. Never did. Line was busy when I tried calling back when I finally got on the phone they HUNG UP !! If I could give them 0 stars I would because very unprofessional and don’t blame problems on short staff. Please have your information right before letting customers know when they will get their package !!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!
