I don’t understand the 3.8 star rating on Google for this location. Jayson and Brianna were amazing. I had some technical difficulties and they ironed it out within minutes. They were personable professional I’d recommend this location hands-down the best.

Terence was great! I only needed a bring your own phone activated and data transferred on an existing account. He didn't hesitate to immediately & graciously accommodate me. If you're looking for a new service, device or assistance I highly recommend Terence at the NMB Verizon store.
