Went in North Myrtle Beach, SC shoppe this evening and was treated like I was a bother to the man behind the counter, eating chips and talking to his friends.I asked where to find what I was looking for and he said “look over there” and merely pointed. When I couldn’t find it, he started, “oh it must be over there then.”After I paid, I was rudely asked if I wanted my receipt, as if that again, would put him out.I do not recommend anyone going to such as establishment, where you are treaded with such distain.

The place has a beautiful setting it's really calming so I walk-in and I see the menu I order we chat a little and then when they are done you walk out and see the beach really pretty love it here

I placed an order online on 3/1 for Magnesium Glycinate after going to both the North Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach stores.I placed an online order on 3/1 for the 180 count of Magnesium Glycinate and the online store said in stock. Today I checked for the tracking number expecting it to be here today.It showed processing still not even shipped yet. I chatted online and they said I have to cancel the order and place it again and I would get 10% offWhen I talked to Makayla she said yes I can get 10% off and they will ship it 2 day When she checked with her manager she said because it was a back order they cant offer 2 day shipping.How can it be back ordered when it showed in stock online?This is NOT MY FAULT I then spoke to Elle her manager and she said they can not do anything else.So you are now losing a longterm customer spending over $150 per month. And an unhappy customer who tells 10 who tells 10 who tells 10 will cause you many possible customers....Thank you for being so good to your long term customer.Alan B MillardEmail:

They use to have more options. It seems they only carry large quantities now of the supplements I purchase. They did make my day with the military discount; that's not the norm.

my health supplement store from now on for any food suppement, vitamin, herbal or specific need in my diet. the manager went completely out of his way to help me find the extremely beneficial "pancreatin," when i could not remember the name of it correctly, i had left the prefix, "pan," off. i told him "creatin,," but he searched deligently the correct name of the "life saving " aid, and found it!!! once again, knowledge of great assortment of foods and supplements

So I wanted to cancel my online order because the main item I needed was not available in speaking with a Kathy at this store she said she spoke with the manager and he said I had to call customer care and wanted to give me their number which at the time I wasn't able to write down anything so I asked why can't they cancel it she just kept repeating "I spoke with manager he's been here 3 years" I said I didn't need to speak with him I will take care of it she hung up on me. The only assistance she offered was that she spoke to the manager and he's been there for 3 years, like that means anything to me, then she said I could come in make the purchase then at that same time return them then purchase what I wanted, that she just did it yesterday. Why go through so much hassle just to cancel an order? Now, right before I called them I called another Vitamin Shoppe in VA and they gladly canceled my order no problem. I was traveling but not able to get to the VA store before I left that area. So I looked on my email order got the number for customer care canceled this order I asked the customer care employee why the difference between the two stores in cancellation she said because one store had no problem calling them to cancel and this store didn't want to call. She verified the VA store had already called them and canceled the order. So to Kathy and your 3 year manager... effort and respect goes along way with me I've been buying from your store for years when I'm there and not deployed but you hanging up on me and your unprofessional attitude I will never order or buy from you ever again. Thanks!! You earned the 1 star.
