I have been a Walgreens customer for 25 years. Moving to north myrtle, service was good as always. We travel, utilize Florida locations & any others as we need refills. We get vaccines & anything possible there. Walgreens closed a pharmacy about a mile away forcing all of those clients to come to ours, the town growth is off the chart but they have not beefed up the pharmacy service. Always a LONG wait, frequently tell us they are out of our meds, multiple trips to pick up & they don't care. Told us to check another pharmacy (CVS etc) to see if they have the prescription & transfer it. This went on for TWO YEARS & we never got a response from any reviews or effort to encourage Walgreens to do better. I finally had a meltdown, no one cares, even corporate. I'm OUT & won't be back.

There is an African American at the prescription counter that needs to find another job. We had a coupon for a month of Eliquis and she kept saying we can't take this, it will be $300, but we said the Grand Strand Hospital gave it to us, well then you can have it for $90! Whaaaaat? We asked for the pharmacist and she said it would be 15 minutes and he came right over and said, "yes, it is free!" This is about 6 times she has screwed up. We are changing to CVS where I have never ever waited a long time to get anything!

I came on Christmas Day and met a nice guy named Joseph at the cash register. He recommended these melatonin's for my three-year-old. The kids sleep like a rock now thank you Joseph.

Lately this location has been less than acceptable. Production quality issues, stock issues and technology issues. Orders get cancelled with no offer or attempt to send to a nearby location. When there have been no issues, the products I have ordered have been wonderful.

How long do you wanna wait? Lines were long and took forever. I had an appointment for a shot and I was in there for over an hour. Rec. The shot 50 minutes past my appointment. The staff was working themselves to the bone but they can only do so much. In an effort to help staff AND give a good customer experience, maybe schedule fewer in a day. People were walking out because they didnt like the wait.

I've been coming to this location for many years...I've lived in North Myrtle doe almost 19 years. The pharmacists and their techs (hi Julie!) try their hardest to get medicine to their clients as fast as they can in a friendly and professional manner. There's so many people who've moved here that they have to move at break neck speed to help everyone. I'll always go to Walgreens because they try so hard with the myriad of things going on that can cause people to have to wait longer. It's worth it to stick with the ladies at this location.

Be prepared to wait in the pharmacy drive through for atleast 30 mins even if there's only one car in front of you

That Abraham employee was just the sweetest little thing, left my legs quaking after i left the store. Really enjoyed my time. This was really almost a transcending experience, breathtaking even. From the moment I stepped foot in that establishment I knew I was being treated with not only care, but upmost respect. Don't even get me started about the prices!!! Makes me feel as if the trip down the road is really worth it. I now understand what great customer service is like. I felt as if it was my privilege to buy items from this establishment. With this all being said, I will most definitely be regularly attending this Walgreen's for the sole purpose of breathing in the fresh oxygen from the air. Truly amazing. Thank you to not only Abraham but the Walgreen's Pharmacy Nationwide chain!!!!!

They are not professional and will walk off knowing you are there. I bet I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. They were a line behind me. I have never felt like they appreciate your business. If I didn't have to use them I sure wouldn't.

I just had a very good phone experience with Walgreens in NMB. 601 US-17, We just moved here from NC. The pharmacist, Jamie Ramsey was very helpful in assisting me with getting prescriptions transferred to this Store from our Walgreens in NC. It is very complicated working with two states, insurance policy differences. Jamie was very helpful, kind, and friendly. Thank you

I would give this Walgreens 0 stars if I could. Very rude pharmacist and assistants are just as bad. Their protocol for RX refills was inconsistent each month, and was told 3 different dates by 3 different employees when I called to clarify. Finally received an ounce of "kindness" from them when I asked for pharm badge #s and said I was going to make a corporate complaint. I won't give specific names/details here bc I don't want to ruin anyone's career... but get it together, guys! You can do so much better.
