Pharmacy is the RUDEST I have ever experienced. Honestly I can’t believe it. It doesn’t take but ONE SECOND to say you’re welcome instead of hanging up before I finish. OH, and stop talking so fast~ you are one person, treat the one you’re working with at that moment with just a little respect. What if it were YOU or YOUR family fighting for their life on the other end of the phone?

I was here for vacation and I had some coughing and sneezing issue so the closest Walgreen and stop by and NP very rude and unprofessional not explaining anything to you. What’s going on she just want to do what she wants to do but not listening her patient it is she didn’t like the way it looked or she had a rough day but I do retail business I understands we have to put a face and smile every day to our client, because the client pale rebels, not the company

I have been a Walgreens customer for 25 years. Moving to north myrtle, service was good as always. We travel, utilize Florida locations & any others as we need refills. We get vaccines & anything possible there. Walgreens closed a pharmacy about a mile away forcing all of those clients to come to ours, the town growth is off the chart but they have not beefed up the pharmacy service. Always a LONG wait, frequently tell us they are out of our meds, multiple trips to pick up & they don't care. Told us to check another pharmacy (CVS etc) to see if they have the prescription & transfer it. This went on for TWO YEARS & we never got a response from any reviews or effort to encourage Walgreens to do better. I finally had a meltdown, no one cares, even corporate. I'm OUT & won't be back.

This store is closing soon, it will be missed by all locals. The staff is always friendly and the site was very convenient. We wish the employees much luck when they are relocated.

The worst ever it is always a problem getting medication that is needed I called Friday to put a prescription in today is Monday I have been on the phone since 2 pm today and they tell me it got denied and why is that they never called I have been on call his medication for 2 years and now there is a problem The pharmacy has an attitude and hangs up on customers because they feel they are being yelled at Unreal

There is an African American at the prescription counter that needs to find another job. We had a coupon for a month of Eliquis and she kept saying we can't take this, it will be $300, but we said the Grand Strand Hospital gave it to us, well then you can have it for $90! Whaaaaat? We asked for the pharmacist and she said it would be 15 minutes and he came right over and said, "yes, it is free!" This is about 6 times she has screwed up. We are changing to CVS where I have never ever waited a long time to get anything!

My typical pharmacy had an unexpected system shutdown this week on a day that my daughter had teeth extracted. The dental practice called in the prescriptions to Walgreens and Shelly could not have been any more helpful and got me the 4 prescriptions quickly. She made my heart smile on what was a very stressful day.

I know they are busy, but this is the most disorganized pharmacy. I have been getting the same medications for 2 years, and every month there is a problem. They said they do not have my insurance information. Now i have to call insurance company. I have been dealing with this for too long, just going to change pharmacies at this point.

Watch out with the pharmacy they try to say they give you so much medicine but they really don't and don't even count it before pretty much calling you a lier. Then you have to talk to the pharmacy which was nice but saying we were wrong without even checking her supply of medicines because mine wasn't controlled they don't count it like they should. They said we got 3 months when we only got 1 bottle and only reason they checked cameras was because I wasn't taking no for an answer. Only reason my problem got fixed they wanted me to wait. Until the next day after I already went up there.

I came on Christmas Day and met a nice guy named Joseph at the cash register. He recommended these melatonin's for my three-year-old. The kids sleep like a rock now thank you Joseph.

they are great unless you are waiting for a shot. Made an appointment and it took them almost a hour past for the pharmacist to be able to get away to do the shots. There must haven been 12 other people waiting that had appointments after us as we had the first appointment of the day.

Prescription was delayed after showing it was ready a few days earlier. Went back next day after showing it was available and was told they would be with me in a minute. Sat at drive through for over 10 minutes. Finally waited on me and very unprofessional. No thank you or have a nice day. Understand maybe they are under staffed but to have no personalinteraction with customers and making me wait at a drive through for 10 minutes is not acceptable.

Did not have what I went for that showed in stock on-line. Drove 30 minutes to get.. I understood that sometimes it happens but the cashier was very unpleasant is why I gave 2 stars.
