I went through some serious and intense discussions over the price of my medication that said that outside of Good RX Walmart only charges $9 for a certain medication. They tried to charge me $35 saying that a "different manufacture" made the medication and charges more and that they didn't recognize Good RX.I went to my Dr.'s office as soon as I possibly could which was Tuesday 11/21. The nurse called the pharmacy on speaker phone and got the associate on the phone who explained something that was not. I intervened on the conversation and tried to explain to her the actual occurrences as I was there on Sunday 11/19. The associate on the phone became very defensive, rude, and raised her voice at me. I told my nurse that I didn't want to speak to her anymore as she continued to yell and say "It doesn't make sense to charge $9 for a $100 medication". My nurse suggested I call a local pharmacy. I suggested Cherry Grove Pharmacy and the person there said the medication would be $11. I was on it!I went to Cherry Grove Pharmacy and picked up my medication and went to Walmart and told the guy about it and showed him the slip and he didn't care.So now I have fired Walmart Pharmacy. I should've thought of the mom and pop route before. However, to anybody who cares to read this, please visit Cherry Grove Pharmacy on Sea Mountain Highway (The old TD Bank location) where I got my medication for 1/3 the cost of Walmart because "It doesn't make sense for me to pay $35 for a $100 medication when I can pay only $11 for the same medication".

I have been calling them 5 times a Day for a few days now cause my medication got messed up and they was very helpful and kind. Thank you guys.i will always use walmart as long as a option.

I always have issues when trying to get my perscriptions filled at this location and it is almost always an error on their end where I then have to contact my doctor to send another perscription after they say the current one can't be filled. My doctor sends the same thing and they fill it without a problem. Not sure why I have to have an issue every single time I go to pickup my perscriptions. I shouldn't have to run around for them to provide me with my perscribed medication.

Came here to get my Covid booster. I had an appointment for 2:00 that was not honored. First, I saw no signs indicating where to go, so I waited 25 minutes in the pharmacy line. The pharmacist had an attitude with 3 customers in front of me and I finally got to her as she said to get in another line. She almost yelled at customers who approached her too fast, and she spoke down to everyone because of it. She never told me I had to fill any paperwork or anything. There is zero signage or communication about any vaccines and what to do/where to go. I spent over an hour confused and waiting in different lines because the staff are too incompetent to help people out, put some signs down, wear masks, and communicate. I had no help at all unless I pushed forward to assert myself to ask questions, staff doesn’t want to help here. I’m thankful I use another pharmacy because this is an absolute mess that I would fear my medication being here.I asked a staff member what to do, and my wait would have continued onward for about 45 more minutes. It’s 3:00 and I’m leaving with a shot finally, even though I had an appointment for 2:00. It took about 10 minutes to get mine at Kroger, so I recommend going there instead.

I have just changed to Walmart Pharmacy. On my first visit I was told I could stop paying $100+ for my insulin pen needles and purchase a box of 50 for just $9.99! Employees are so friendly, despite the public being so rude to them at times. Yes people, it is a busy pharmacy but believe me, the pharmacists and technicians do care about you. I have NEVER had another pharmacy attempt to research a lower price for me, but they do that at this Walmart Pharmacy. Be kind, wait your turn and reap the rewards.

Pitiful excuse for “policies”. God forbid you have a valid drivers license and attempt to get your prescriptions. I’ll be going to a different pharmacy from now on, you cannot deny a person their medication with a VALID drivers license. I’ll also be filing a formal HR complaint.

Very rude trying to call this Walmart pharmacy and they will not answer the phone just keep placing on hold!!!! That is rude you are supposed to at least answer the phone and ask if the person can be placed on hold, don't just answer and then place on hold. I would never get prescriptions from this pharmacy.

Always slow. Always rude. If the doctor didn't call in a prescription, why did my husband stand there for an hour waiting for them to tell him this? Should have taken less than 5 mins. Yet this is standard practice for Walmart. I will be transferring to a different pharmacy.
