I've had money stolen from my account twice. It's been a year since the first time. Still haven't recieved the first $1,600 that was stolen or any correspondence on the matter.I woke up today on Christmas morning and my accounts been hacked again. The fraud department and business department is closed on the holiday so there is no support offered while this individual is stealing my money.

Always slow here. Worst bank. I won't bank here ever and use BBT. Unfortunately they hold my mortgage through a buy through so I have to deal with them. Plus with there prior fees issues I don't recommend them to anyone.

Go figure, Wells Fargo using customers information and money without permission. Don't threaten to research other banks to move your money to after they continuously screw up your bank account time and time again or Jeff will close/lock your account WITHOUT your permission. When we contacted corporate they contacted the branch manager. Branch manager reached out to us with no explanation as to why Jeff did this. No further explanations were given. The branch manager even had the nerve to ask us to please go to another location to pick up a new debit card. Why have another location fix your wrongdoings? An early morning grocery store trip turned into an embarrassment because Jeff locked our account and our card was declined. Not only did we have to stand in the grocery store (embarrassed) with a declined card, we had to take time to sit on the phone with Wells Fargo, then time to go and get another debit card. Thanks for making us late to work because you can't properly handle customers bank accounts, and can't handle the butt hurt of your customers possibly going to another bank. You have caused us to lose a great deal of money (and time) by banking with you. This is an issue that will be followed up on.
