My wife and I recently found ourselves in a tough situation when we discovered a hole in our gas tank. Tracy the owner and his co-worker John went above and beyond to help us, and I can honestly say they turned what could’ve been a nightmare into a moment of genuine kindness and care.

After initially checking out the problem, we started driving again but quickly ran out of gas. Tracy and John didn’t hesitate—they came and picked us up from the side of the road right away with their tow truck. They let us stay at their shop while we figured out our next steps and treated us with such kindness and respect that it truly left a mark.

Since our car couldn’t be towed until later that day and the shop was getting ready to close, John personally drove us half an hour away to Orangeburg to see if we could secure a rental car before it got dark. He even waited there with us to make sure we were okay. Ultimately, a family member came to get us, but the fact that they were willing to do all that for people they had just met… it really renewed our faith in humanity.

The owner and his family have hearts of gold. You don’t often meet people in this world who are not only skilled and professional but also genuinely good, compassionate human beings. If we lived closer, we wouldn’t take our car anywhere else. I hope that if you’re ever in the area and in need of service, you get the chance to meet Tracy, John, and the rest of the team. “My family was passing through the area and ran into car problems, on Sunday! Most places were listed as closed but a Good Samaritan stopped and offered to call the owner of Best Auto Sales. He and his son towed and replaced the alternator in a very timely manner. They were thorough and very professional on their off day. Southern Hospitality!!!!”
