I could go on forever about how wonderful Dr. Madison is. He is truly the best hands down! He will be greatly missed as he enters into retirement and I wish him the very best in his next chapter.

Dr Madison is the best. We love him! His office on the other hand sucks. Dr Madison ordered blood work for my wife and they refuse to draw it on her. They said it was because we owed money. When my wife tried to pay her part of it(All she had) they said that wasn't good enough. So the money rules over my wife's health I guess with these so called ladies . I bet if she was an illegal there would be some "Program" for her and it would be no problem.I know you need your money but I am disabled, just had open heart surgery, and am having more surgery This week. She is the one caring for me and trying to keep going while she works also. So when she offered to pay what she could "That's not good enough" is the wrong answer . If she ends up seriously ill because it wasn't caught due to not doing the blood work you will see my attorney. She tried to pay. Screw you

My wife and I just moved to Bluffton back in February. We kept our family doctor back in our hometown until he left and bought a concierge practice. It took several months to find a new primary care doctor who was accepting new patients. We had our first visits with Dr Madison yesterday 11/22 and today 11/23. We were highly impressed with his professionalism and his interest in us both from a medical standpoint and personal. Our only regret is he will be retiring in January and we will be looking for another primary care physician. We wish him the best and really appreciate the level of care he has given us. Best of luck in the future Dr. Madison.

My visits to Dr. Madison are always very pleasant and very informative. I will truly miss the Doctor when he retires. It will be hard to find a doctor that I like and trust like I do Dr Madison.

Dr. Madison is definitely the type of Doctor you’re looking for!He is very thorough and friendly. He explains everything in terminology anyone can understand. He takes his time , not only learning a new patients health history but also the individual personally. Going to a Doctor is never a fun thing but, he certainly makes it pleasant and less stressful with his personality and knowledge. I rarely write reviews but he deserves a 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr.Madison is one of the best Dr.s I have seen.He has been my family Dr for 7 years. The entire staff is very thoughtful and goes beyond what I consider the ordinary. They all are the best!

Unbelievable! Booked appointment online with a note that per site (see images) Dr. Madison noted as taking new patients... If not, please let me know. Appointment went through, no response received. Got an email reminder day before appointment. Showed up and was told Dr. Not seeing new patients. Was told I was sent a cancellation notice but that is not the case. As noted, I in fact received a reminder day before. If you don't accept online appointments, if you are not accepting new patients... Then for Pete's sake don't say you are doing both. Highly unprofessional!

Dr. Madison is truly one of the best physicians I’ve ever been too. He never seems to be in a rush when seeing you and takes time to explain everything to you. Highly recommend him as your family physician.

This man is a very fine person as well as a talented doctor. He listens well and explains things thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. Never have felt rushed by him or his staff,. Nurse was also very impressive. Jennifer at the reception desk is fabulous. Great practice.
