Visiting a friend in Sun City, I decided to stop by the Ethan Allen design center, (I am also a design consultant with Ethan Allen in Buford GA). The store looked beautiful and we enjoyed browsing. What I didn't realize was that I had dropped my wallet, with everything important, in the parking lot on the way out. I received a message from my store in Buford that someone had found it and left her name and number. That person was Kary Gregor. Though the store had already closed, she met me back at the store to return my wallet. I cannot say how grateful I was. What an awesome and caring person Kary is. Because of Kary, I was able to continue my vacation and trip and have one of the best vacations. Thank you Kary.

We are so happy that we chose to work with Olivia Amato at the Ethan Allen store in Bluffton. We were new to the area and relied on her expertise to help us furnish our new home. From the selection process through delivery, Olivia was amazing. Her design choices were spot on and we could not be happier with the end result. She truly went above and beyond. I whole heartedly recommend Olivia!

I worked with Olivia Amato at the Bluffton design center and she made the decisions and purchase transactions so easy! Being new to the area, and without a creative/design bone in my body, furnishing my new home while being remote and not on site was daunting at first. Once I saw the “Floor Planner” that Olivia provided, with my fully-furnished rooms in 3D full color, my mind was put at ease, I was a very good hands with Olivia since she listened to the “look” I wanted and was mindful of my budget. The results are a beautiful new home with furnishings I absolutely LOVE.

I am eager to share with others the wonderful experience I have had in outfitting my new apartment with high quality furniture from Ethan Allen under the talented guidance of Lead Designer Olivia Amato.Olivia was able to identify just the right pieces to fit the room sizes using EA's electronic smart board; and then she made what could have been a very difficult selection process given all the colors, fabrics and wood finishing EA offers, an enjoyable afternoon as she created just the right look I was hoping to find and could never have done on my own.On top of that, Olivia always responded to follow up calls providing exactly the information I needed. Her warm personality just shines through.I have to contrast my EA experience with another major national furniture company (initials are W.E.) that not only misrepresented the estimated delivery dates, extending the dates over 3 times, but charged my credit card at the time of my purchase even though I am still waiting 3 months after placing the order to even find out when the items will be delivered. I learned belatedly that their vendor ships out of Vietnam, so what I was told would be delivered in early November may now be delivered in January. I cancelled that order weeks ago, but may have to dispute it with my credit card bank since that company will not accept the cancellation.I am extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of EA'sfurniture -- Plus my pieces were all made in America.Thank you, Olivia, for the great service you provide!

I was looking for a credenza/ media center for a long wall I have in my new house. Walked into Ethan Allen and Olivia helped me. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me a few pieces. I recently decided to buy new furniture for my bedroom and after visiting a couple of local furniture stores ended up at Ethan Allen in Okatie. Olivia Amato assisted me and was incredible. She new the inventory very well and was able to quickly dial in the right options for my situation and taste. Consequently, I returned a couple of weeks later for additional pieces and the first item she showed me was perfect.I was very impressed with her attention to detail and efficiency in handling the purchase and she has followed up several times as we awaited delivery of the items. And happily, 3 of the items came in two months early!Ethan Allen in Okatie will be the first place I shop for furniture from now on and I will always ask for Olivia - and suggest you do as well.
