They were great with me and my car as well as observing them work with other customers in the waiting room (which by the way was nicer than some other Luxury brands waiting rooms I have seen). Just purchased a 2024 Trax from here and the service was top-notch. Seymour helped through the whole process and was always available to answer any questions I had. The whole team made the experience very easy and completely stress-free. I’m looking forward to working with them again the future.

I trusted this dealership to do the right thing when I was relocating from Alaska to South Carolina and I was dead wrong! When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it stunk like smoke so bad I couldn’t believe it AND the salesman wouldn’t quit hitting on me. He even asked me if I was “with” the female friend I was with. So, now I’ve been screwed with a car that stinks and a nasty salesman. So, I did try for months to resolve this - all at the expense of my lungs- to no avail. I’m now out 4K plus my credit took a hit since I had to trade the car in for a NON STINKY smoke filled car. I’m just sick over this! 4000 dollars LOST because this dealership did me dirty!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CORRUPT DEALERSHIP!!

brought my truck in for a leaking transmission while I was in town on vacation. I had to leave before it was done but they were able to get me setup with a rental car and even had my truck delivered to me down in Florida. Very happy with everything!

Traveling home with our truck camper, our duramax diesel had an issue which put us in low power mode. Not good when pulling a trailer loaded w/ our honda talon and camping equipment. 65 mph maximum speed. Reichenbach Chevrolet was about 50 miles from our overnight camping spot. (The closer dealer had horrible reviews. ) We arrived at 7:00 am. When they opened at 7:30 Joe J. Got us in right away. They fixed the issue, did a regenerationon the engine, and had us back on the road in about 4 hours. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. What could have turned into a big deal became a small bump in the road, Thanks to the knowledge, effiency and consideration of the crew at Reichenbach Chevrolet in Okatie, South Carolina. Thank you to all, and a special thanks to Joe J. who got the ball, (or truck), rolling.

Came in for 7500 mile service and super cruise map update. Immediately told I would have to reschedule for super cruise update. No car wash - no updates - your google reviews were good - but I don’t see it- I won’t be back

On our way from Florida to Myrtle Beach, our Silverado 3500 started to not make power as it should. The dealership had an open door for service and diagnosed the problem quick. We were able to save the day in Okatie while they fixed the truck up. Made it to our destination by the night.

I have had to bring my New Suburban in for servicing numerous times over the last 12 months for unscheduled/non-routine maintenance.The employees who work in servicing are always been excellent.However, the fact that MR Chevrolet does not offer loaner vehicles or even a basic ride home for extended service periods is completely unacceptable. Not only are customers having to be without their vehicle for prolonged periods (days or more), which is a testament to the underwhelming quality of Chevrolet, but the dealership makes ZERO effort to accommodate the inconvenience associated with being without one’s vehicles. Especially a new ones!

I purchased a 2023 Chevrolet Traverse in February 2023. It has 2440 miles and makes a loud noise. My husband called the salesman we brought the Traverse from, letting him know we were driving from Savannah to get the car checked out. We arrived at about 4:40 we walked into the service department where about four people were sitting there. We explained that we were bringing the car because it was making a loud noise. The service advisor Casey said we can not look at it we are about to close in a very condescending way. My husband said, "I wish someone would have told us that before we drove over here. Then she asked if could we leave the car I asked if they had a loaner because we did not have a way to get back to Savannah. She said no about this time I was not happy so I stepped out to call GM customer service and my husband stayed in there. Finally, a mechanic comes out and test drives the car while I am on the phone with GM. The mechanic comes back and states that the left front wheel hub is going out. I immediately asked if they could get us a rental car because I did not think it was safe for me to drive. I was told that the "vehicle is safe to drive at this time" whatever that means because the part was on backorder. GM told me that I could rent a car and they would reimburse me. Why would I pay a car note and rent a car for them to reimburse me? The customer service at Mike Reichenbach is HORRIBLE they do not even stand behind the products they sell. There is no way I would have a customer that just purchased a new vehicle from my lot drive home over 45 miles in a vehicle that sounds like a tractor because the wheel hub is going out in a vehicle that has less than 2500 miles! I still do not have another vehicle and paying for a new car that sounds like a clunker. I will be contacting my attorney and news affiliates to help assist me in this matter.

My truck had a wheel bearing go bad on a Thursday night and I needed to get home to Virginia by Monday. The truck was not safe to drive home that far. Called Friday morning and by 11:30am my truck was fixed. The service department was so very helpful. They even took the time to do a warranty recall on my passenger side airbag. Do highly recommend this service center

Our brakes seized up on our way from florida to ottawa (Canada) and we came straight here, the service department worked all day in getting us back in the road, and were nothing but courteous. They were supposed to be closed at 4, and stayed until 7pm for us (it was Saturday, and we would have been stuck here until Monday) they even drove my husband to get more parts with them at some point. The service has been outstanding. They went above and beyond.
