During my first visit, I dealt with Ken. We was knowledgeable about the product and provided great insight on the options, without being pushy. Once I left my deposit, they were accurate with the timeline for delivery and Bruce also checked in to provide updates. Delivery was easy and the golf car is great. Highly recommend.

This is got to be the worst customer service experience. I've had since I've been down here and I've been here about a year and a half now. The first words out of his mouth were not so nice. They should've been a first indication aside from the nasty, grimacing face that he gave us along with the other woman that was there as a receptionist. We wanted to buy a golf cart charger because we weren't sure about how the golf cart was functioning after we had bought it from a reputable buyer it was having problems. We thought maybe it was the batteries but it turned out that they wanted to swindle about $100 for a service charge 65 to come out and take a look at it on top of trying to tell me and argue with us initially telling me they wanted to test a charger that had been dated about almost 18 years ago when we told them what we wanted. along with an attitude and trying to tell me what I need and what I want. I've been reviewing and going to businesses for many years. Aside from being down here, and I can call my cell very much a veteran when it comes to any kind of contact when it comes to working with a business and this is an absolute disgrace please stay away from them they don't care about their customers they don't care about how you feel and they're trying to rip you off for once I don't care about the rates or prices but if someone initiates and says they don't even care about the customer you should've walked out.

These are quality people and a real pleasure to do business with. Every person that I have met that is associated with this business has been very personable and professionalI bought a golf cart that developed a problem a week after I had purchased it. They fixed the problem completely, professionally and with urgency. I think they are terrific.

My wife and I purchased a Bintelli Beyond from Judy and Bruce at Quality Golf Cars. What a great decision!! We had researched golf carts for some time, and drove a bunch as well. The Bintelli has them all beat. It has all the newest equipment standard, and of course you can trick them out if you wish. Judy and Bruce answered all of our questions, and were really helpful and friendly. And the price was amazing. Doesn’t hurt that they border Sun City. We could not more highly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Judy and Bruce are truly good people. Our experience with them was beyond pleasant with no pressure to buy and we know that we purchased a high quality vehicle. We did our research, both with other brands as well as looking at used models and decided that new was the only way to go especially with their prices.

Bought a Chappy which is average. Slow response to have a few items tweaked, like increase speed and lower the volume of backup. Still cannot find side enclosure for it. Quality not interested in helping us with this.

Excellent Service, responsive vendor and quick delivery. Delivery driver had a lot to tell me and was extremely informative. Polite and exceptional to deal with. We purchased a brand new Bintelli Beyond golf cart from Quality Golf Cars several weeks ago. Our salesman was Sean Athey. We are very happy with the golf cart itself and are always getting compliments on it wherever we go. However, when it was originally delivered to us, there were several things wrong with it: the stereo did not work, nor did the windshield wiper, and a few other issues. These things should have been checked out before the cart ever left the dealership to be delivered, so that was extremely disappointing. It was delivered on a Friday, so once we realized that we had these issues, we immediately called the dealership but were told we would have to wait until Monday to speak to Sean as they were getting ready to close and are not open on the weekends. We sent an email to Sean that weekend outlining the issues with the cart. On Monday, Sean sent a service truck to come and pick up the cart. The following Thursday the cart was delivered back to us, almost a week later. Everything was in working order and the cart had been washed and detailed, something that wasn't done when it was originally delivered but certainly should have been. Frankly, we are so disappointed that no one from Quality Golf Cars has reached out to us since then to follow up with us, especially given the circumstances regarding the original delivery. It would have made us feel as if we were valued customers had someone taken the time to contact us to ensure we were completely satisfied and that we were happy with our purchase. They aren't the only golf cart dealership in our area, and we could have purchased one from a number of other dealers, but we chose them. Also, we were charged a $100 delivery fee and I would have thought that they would have offered to credit that back to us due to the fact that there were things wrong with the cart when it was first delivered. Certainly not the customer service experience that we expected or had hoped for. However, I will say that Bentelli makes a great golf cart and we are pleased with it.

Cart went in (3 weeks) and had new tires and an alignment. Cart came back without rear armrests. New tires and alignment are great. Although the suspension makes some new noises. It also appears that my rear seat has been removed. I dont know why. Called to ask, but went straight to voicemail.Edit, Mike came out and had everything fixed in 10 minutes and apologized for the confusion.

Have yet to been contacted on why I was charged $150 per tire for my golf cart, five different websites list these tires between 63 and 68 dollars total bill was $7 36 for mounting four tires on a golf cart???

Bruce had excellent patience and timely responses working with me over email and took time to speak to me at the showroom regarding service as well. Bruce made it very easy to schedule service and to my surprise said he would make a house call for the particular service.Excellent service yesterday from your tech! Provided a heads up call with accurate eta, very polite, informative, and made sure the service provided worked before writing me up for payment. Great customer service and speedy work! Please give him praise!With the interactions had with Bruce and team and todays service you have earned a repeat customer!

Bruce was good with part. Customer service bad, 2 unreturned phone calls. Mike came out to fix the cart with 1 week backlog, and I’m left with a could be this, could be that, had to pull out my own voltmeter and get him to dig deeper and sweat a little. Wasted $95 for 30 minutes, $50 of which was for an unused truck fee. Most mobile mechanics will only charge you 30 min minimum of $40. As usual in this day and age of I WANT MONEY REGARDLESS OF MY PERFORMANCE, I recommend DIY and fix it yourself!!!

Either a staff member or a member of management of quality golf cars by the name of Bruce found my fiance's wallet in a parking lot of a food Lion. The wallet was filled with money and other important things. Bruce returned the wallet to my boyfriend. We received a letter in the mail from quality golf cars and inside this letter was a handwritten note explaining that a wallet had been found and to come and pick up from quality golf cars anytime. When we pick the wallet up all the money was still inside. That is so rare nowadays. We are very appreciative for the honesty and the decency of Bruce who is employed through quality golf cars
