Worst experience I ever had the Orangeburg store manager is very rude I contacted the regional manager with my complaints against her and as I was trying to explain to her what happened she said to me please don't hound me about the situation what a way to speak to your customer I finally understand why the manager is rude I guess she get it from the general manager will never step foot and that store again glad I'm done with my payments

Horrible! Terrible! Employees have no clue. I recently purchased "cash purchases" livingroo set, washer, dryer!! No delivery!! Kevin the Manager lied, his " Regional Manager Angelina lied, ran out when I demanded a refund!! Left the store with only trainees there. After assuring me of the quality of the appliances, Neither WASHER OR DRYER WORK!!! Don't even get me started about the No Delivery I received after being promised of a delivery in one hour!!!. NOW I am OUT OF ALOT OF MONEY$$$$ AND NOTHING WORKS.. I've made Multiple calls to the store, I've made many visits!! Only No one wants to help because all sales are Final??!! I would understand if they had been Honest and showed professional customer service up front!! Both Manager and Angelina owe me a courtesy of calling to Make this right!! I'm asking for the VP or Company Owner to Intervene PLEASE!! I just moved to this state, No job yet!! I don't have $$ to throw away!!!

I got approved online for a living room set. I was pre approved, I was approved! So I used my debit card for my down payment. So I called and I was told that I had to submit more info. I did that and when I called back to verify I was told that I wasn't approved. My thing is why accept someone's money before the whole approval process is finished? Then you tell me it's going to take 10 business days for me to get my money back? That's crazy! It only took a second for you to take it off my card. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

They are so horrible with their costumers..say one thing and do another..an over changer you for things...and try talk to them over the phone and up in your face
