“These people did it right!!! That lady at the front was super sweet. I can’t remember her name but she was straight up and very informative. She made my whole experience a breeze. They got the job done on time and they got it done right so I ain’t mad at them. A+ all the way baby. Hopefully I never need their services again but if I do that’s right where I will be.”

“My car broke on my way to Greenville in Orangeburg on a Saturday. Went here and bought an alternator. They told me I could bring the old one back for $50 back. They were closed on Sunday when I got back home I mailed the old one back and they put the money right back on my card. Great customer service !!”

The guy that helped me at that time went out the car, check everything and order the part and called me when the part was at the store to pickup.Today 06/16/21 I stopped by the store this morning, this older guy, very,very kind helped me and i was askin g for a hitch again because I trust them and this man also came outside, check the car and he order what I need.He was gentleman, opening door for me, very sweet and kind. Truly recommend this auto part Napa .”

“Trench collapsed and sunk my mini ex (Kx71-3), called 4-5 local & Cola companies for help. All roads led to Stillinger. Took Mack & Brandon less time to lift the thing out of its dirt prison than it did for me to finally find someone capable of the job.
Called & talked to Mack at 1:09pm. Video of them pulling me out is time stamped 1:41pm. Less than 1 hour.
If their promptness and courtesy doesn’t sell you, the pricing will; I was quoted ballpark $1k+ by folks that needed time to think of a solution. Mack quoted me $400 sign unseen and guess what I paid…? $400.
If you need advice on creating life-long customers please give Stillinger Body Shop in Orangeburg a call, because as far as I’m concerned they wrote the dang book.”

“Fast and friendly. Had my car a to Firestone for 4 days when they said they couldn't fix the car. Had the car towed to William auto electric and they fixed it in less then a day. Very friendly staff Ricky was a big help”
“We are happy with the body work done on our car after a collision. The people who work here are friendly and their prices are very reasonable.
We initially allowed the insurance company to take our car to their preferred body shop. The preferred body shop quoted 8,500 to repair it which caused State Farm to total the car. We took it here for a 2nd optinion and they repaired it for less than half that price.
They didn't charge me a storage fee while we were negotiating with the insurance company so that was a plus as well”

Margaret Elliot deserves 5 stars ? she is such a sweet heart. Her voice is pleasant to the ear so it makes it easier to talk to. She listen to my problem and made me felt reassured that my problem will be fixed. Overall the CS here is immaculate even with Mahogany that works in service. She's always so pleasant and goes the extra mile to help. Daniel that works with financial and warranty. I will change to 5 stars ? when they help resolve my issue.
UPDATE: Allan and Jeff are starting the process to resolving my issue and I must say I'm impressed with their kindness and quickness to make things right. I don't have to go into details of the issues, but I called and express how I felt very politely and honestly and so far so good. Thanks for listening. It means a lot to your customers.
