My favorite thing about Matt is he will take a good look at what all you got going on and give you an informed recommendation. If you're looking for someone that does the job, but also cares enough to make sure everything else is good to go (saving you time, money, & hassle later) then Matt is your guy! He changed out a universal joint for me & let me know to be thinking about getting the rest of the front end done and quoted me so I had time to save if needed. He's also looked over various issues I had concerns on, changed out ball joints, got me new tires, alignment, etc. He's good people - straight up and honest. He also has very fair pricing. “My car malfunctioned Saturday morning. I was coming from Charleston, SC to Hickory, NC due to my sister being unexpectedly placed in hospice. I was 2 hours into my 4 hour trip and pulled into Firestone an emotional wreck due to my sisters condition and having small children with me. Anita and another mechanic assisted me with so much grace and provided great service. They gave popsicles to the children and had my service completed in 2 hours.
