“I’ve never had a better experience with any car place! I broke down 15 minutes from Pooser’s as I was driving to Alabama. I spoke to the owner and he had his tow truck picking us up within 20 minutes of calling them! We had kind of a tedious problem, but they worked to figure out a solution that prevented us from having to get the car towed 45 minutes to a dealership. They worked so promptly and efficiently. They truly care about getting the customer the best quality help. I was so impressed and would recommend Pooser’s to anyone. Every staff member we spoke to was so kind and helpful. If I lived near here, I would never take my car anywhere else!”

“This auto repair shop saved our day, my alternator broke in the middle of the trip going home from Tampa to Charlotte and we have a 5 months old baby, it’s gonna be hard for us to stay overnight. The owner decided to fix our car even though they’re about to close, and so I thought it will cost me a lot of money because of the situation, the pricing is quite reasonable, the labor cost me around 200 and the alternator is around 300, I really appreciate the help, no hidden and extra charges. This gentleman are for real, they fix the car without asking for extra.”

My favorite thing about Matt is he will take a good look at what all you got going on and give you an informed recommendation. If you're looking for someone that does the job, but also cares enough to make sure everything else is good to go (saving you time, money, & hassle later) then Matt is your guy! He changed out a universal joint for me & let me know to be thinking about getting the rest of the front end done and quoted me so I had time to save if needed. He's also looked over various issues I had concerns on, changed out ball joints, got me new tires, alignment, etc. He's good people - straight up and honest. He also has very fair pricing. “My car malfunctioned Saturday morning. I was coming from Charleston, SC to Hickory, NC due to my sister being unexpectedly placed in hospice. I was 2 hours into my 4 hour trip and pulled into Firestone an emotional wreck due to my sisters condition and having small children with me. Anita and another mechanic assisted me with so much grace and provided great service. They gave popsicles to the children and had my service completed in 2 hours. I was appreciative of that alone, but then I received a call a few hours later from Anita. She called to ensure I had arrived to my destination and said she was going to pray for my family. I couldn’t ask for better service.”
