I have talk to them several times about the card system and they keep give me the run around my account still pending some money that was supposed to come back to my card 5 days ago I don’t understand why I can’t just get my refund already. And whoever answered the phone was rude because the manager wasn’t in.

Called to ask about a money order around 9 am this morning and I did not like that when I thanked the ill-mannered cashier, she just hung up. I hate rude people. Its such a turn-off for a business. I hope someone addresses her.
