As someone visiting a gym for the first time, I was understandably nervous, but Erica immediately made me feel comfortable and confident. She reminded me that everyone is individualized.She was extremely professional, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a clear and encouraging way.
Erica answered all of my questions honestly and transparently-even discussing the cancellation process and ensuring I understood the commitment. She provided me with a copy of the application I signed for my records (I requested) which I greatly appreciated. Her integrity and professionalism truly stand out.One of the most meaningful aspects of my experience is that Erica is a Cancer Exercise Specialist. As a cancer patient, that gives me an added level of confidence and trust in her expertise. She demonstrated extensive knowledge and compassion, tailoring her explanations to my specific situation. She also took time to explain personal training options and fees in detail. She also informed me that she would be going out on leave, she thoughtfully discussed transition options- whether working with another trainer during her absence or providing a structured workout plan until she returns. That level of care and planning speaks volumes about her dedication to her clients. Erica is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping her clients succeed. MUSC Healthplex is truly blessed to have her on their team. I highly recommend her to anyone, especially those new to the gym or navigating health challenges.”

“The New City Gym is nice, open and clean. They Sanitize the bleaches before each game and after every game. That's great with Coronavirus (COVID-19) and for Germs Period. The Gym is Big and they have two sides.”

The facility its self is extremely clean and well taken care of. The best part, in my opinion, is the staff; they’re extremely friendly and never fail to ask how your day is going.
