Went in on a Saturday looking for a air compressor. They didn't have one in stock so I put one on pre-sale and was told it would ship the following week. Checked back in at the 3 week mark and nothing had arrived. Getting close to the 4 week mark and still nothing. If I'd known it would have taken this long for a pre-sale item to come in, I would have never placed the order. Nothing like a company taking your money then holding a item for almost a month(and counting) before you get it. I will never pre-sale a item again.

So I have mixed feelings about Harbor Freight Tools. On one hand I love the convenience. On the other it's one of those places where you go in with one specific item in mind, but come out with 3 things you didn't know you needed all the while forgetting what you needed. As far as the Orangeburg store goes, it's usually clean organized and running like a well oiled machine. My last thought, I find their slogan hilarious. "We sell quality tools!" Like it's accurate, just quality, not great not terrible just quality. I think that's funny.

New store with all the tools you need and alot you don't! I needed a diesel transfer pump and it wad a good deal and did the job for me moving diesel from one tank to another quickly.

This was my 2nd time at Harbor Freight and my 1st encounter with John. Everyone was kind. However, John's customer serviceis impeccable! He's knowledgeable, sharp, and one of a kind. My favorite place to shop in Orangeburg.

What a great addition to Orangeburg!!! This is a brand new store and just like all harbor freight stores they have great prices on all kinds of great tools. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location.
