Stan Brazell and his team are great! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt welcomed, understood, and respected. Apart from having ease with filing our simple tax-return, it was nice to learn the "why" behind the process. We were walked through each step and left with a more solid understanding of the tax filing process. We will certainly be back next year! THANK YOU, JACKSON HEWITT!

There was an error stating there were too many cards assigned to my file. They tried to fix it but couldn't so, I asked if I could cancel the entire process and leave. She said yes but kept trying to fix it and continue with the filing. I now clearly said that I want to cancel she ignores me and continue on with trying to file my info. I stated five times I want to cancel before they finally caved and voided it. It seemed shady after the third request to cancel everything. Never coming back.

I was upset that over the year with no change in taxes taken out made 400 more this year than last and instead of getting money bad from fed like last year. Owe twice as much. It's a shame. to do everything legal and still owe
