Horrible buying experience. Assistant manager advised me of warranty on ring so I paid additional for it. However the Day I picked up ring Manager advised me that I don’t have warranty. If i would have my ring engraved it will be a charge. I explained that’s not what k was told. Than she said.with attitude.” I’m the manager, that warranty expired in 2022 and it’s 2024” So I ask that she show it to me writing and she couldn’t. She then advise me that engraving is covered up to ten characters. Before speaking know what you’re selling. Please go elsewhere for better customer service. By the way I love my ring …
