“We are new to the area and needed internet service. We went in and the two gentleman that helped us were very knowledgeable about the product. Having home internet without needing a router and modem and computer to connect them to has been helpful. We use it for our phones and my husband uses it for streaming TV.
Update 9/30/2025
Had to visit the Orangeburg store today to get a new Sim card for my gateway. We didn't know what was wrong with it when we arrived. There were 3 people ahead of us. Ashley was upbeat and very helpful with all of the customers before us. She was knowledgeable about the Gateway and the issues we were experiencing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
