I woke up determined to write this review mainly because there are a lot of unsuspecting people out here that trust in these service centers to treat them fairly and many of them are not that trustworthy. I scheduled an appointment with this service center to take a look at my coolant/heating system because my vehicle was not warming up the interior consistently like it once did when I first purchased it. I referred to my owners manual and determined that it may be time for a coolant exchange. Once I arrived at the service center they took my keys and less than an hour later I am called to the service desk and was told that I needed a new radiator and thermostat installed. They asked me if I had ever put any chemicals or products in my radiator like Stop Leak or anything else like because that would clog or damage the radiator and I immediately told them I had not as I had no reason to. My vehicle was running fine, it wasn't overheating, the temperature gauge was normal, the blower fans worked properly. My only problem was that the interior cabin of my vehicle was not warming up as quickly or as consistently as it used to. Then the service manager shows me paperwork for the parts needed to do the job and it was already over $1,800.00 in parts before labor costs. I told him that I would wait until after the holidays to address the repair but I knew from my previous experiences with Nissan over the years that I was going to seek a second opinion. After I left Nissan I went home and scheduled a service appointment with a different auto care center and saw them the very next day. I went in and asked for a coolant fluid exchange and asked them to check my thermostat and nothing else. I had a 1:00 p.m. appointment and I left there at 3:15 p.m. and they changed my fluids and reported no damage to my radiator or my thermostat in writing. The cost of the service was $177.00 plus applicable sales tax. I got in my vehicle and checked the heating system after the engine warmed up a little and it worked just as well as it did when I first bought it over 3 years ago. Why would anyone spend upwards of $2,000.00 for a service that should cost no more than $200.00?!!! This is not my fist Nissan product but I can tell you that it is my last. A product is only as good as it's service of that product and when you cannot trust the service centers then I don't want to use their products. There are a lot of people down here that are struggling to make it and depend on their vehicles to do what they have to do and they do not need to fall victim to these service scams that can cause them more hardship than they deserve. I am not happy with Nissan of Orangeburg. For years due to prior similar experiences I only go to Nissan service centers for recall work and I avoid their \\\"courtesy check\\\" service at all costs because they are trained to find something to charge you for. Buyer beware and don't fall victim to services or repair work that you don't want or need. P. Eady

Nissan of Sumter bought my 2021 Dodge Charger hellcat redeye back from me in May of this year. I did purchase this car from them new. I also bought a $3500.00 extended warranty that I paid cash for. They would not pay me for this car until the title came in. After they received the title they paid me for the car less the $3500.00 extended warranty. I tried getting the extended warranty money back and Haley in accounting told me they would not reimburse me for the cancellation of the warranty because the car had been stolen off their lot in Sumter Nissan. The sad thing is that in the years I had purchased 5 cars from them. Watch out dealing with this business.Thanks Haley! I'm not done with this fight yet.

Norman Gunter, the Service Manager had our Altima checked from front to back. Our AC had stopped working too. Now you can get an ice cream headache from the cold blast !!! We got new tires & front end alignment. Oil change, etc. It drives like a brand new car! And they washed it:) Thanks Nissan for giving good service at a good price !

My experience with Mr. Drayton Washington and Robert Douglas, elite sales professional, at Nissan of Orangeburg was outstanding. After having two bad experiences at the dealerships located in my area, I gave a Nissan dealership(Orangeburg) another chance and they made up for previous experiences with other dealerships. I would definitely recommend buying from them and I plan to make all Nissan purchases at Nissan of Orangeburg, even with the hour drive each way. I can't say enough about the experiences. It went perfectly--without feeling a pascal of pressure and without experiencing any hassles.

Nissan in orangeburg follow up it ,they not yeah deliver what they promises , they will tell you one thing and them it's be totally something different. made me drive from Spartanburg twice and i still did not leave with a car . i would never go with them again . they will waste your time..! never again

Awesome place to take your car for service. The service department always on point with recalls my oil change anything that needs to be replaced they wash the car after each service everyone from inside to the guy's that fix the car have smiles on there faces and are very nice which now a day a smile goes a long way.

You can buy a truck or a car for a lot less from other Nissan dealers in the area. This dealer is charging $4000.00 over MSP for no reason except price gouging.

I love Nissan Service center. They always give good customer service and wash my car after every visit?????
