Thank You so very much! We were on our way home to Ontario Canada from Florida and we had an issue with our Yukon Denali. We went from having oil to it overheating and coolant and oil leaking so that we eventually had none. We managed to get off the highway. Go to the nearest parking lot - let it cool down and looked up GMC dealers and you were close. You took such GREAT care of the 6 of us and our dog! You fixed our vehicle and gave us the reassurance that we were good to go. We made it home safely!! Thank You so Very Much! The kindness you showed us, your expertise in solving our issue and fixing the problem was and is so greatly appreciated. Many Blessings from our Family to You and Your Entire Family there at Superior Motors!!

Superior customer service! I took my car in for a check engine light - that turned out to be a costly repair! All along the way Jeff in service was helpful, transparent, and I could tell looking out for my best interest! Good communication when my vehicle was being worked on and just fantastic customer service all around! Appreciated Jeff helpfulness and kindness! Appreciate all staff I encountered. All were helpful and polite ! Will bring my car back for any service!

I was in there yesterday because I had a recall on my my vehicle and when I dropped it off at 8 in the morning I called around lunchtime they said my vehicle be done in about 30 minutes I got there and they told me that I had two recalls on my vehicle they were able to fix both of them when I got into my vehicle I noticed that they put air in both of my tires which surprised me because they didn't have to do that but they did that and I was they went out of their way to make sure that my experience there was very comfortable and that they help me with my vehicle I definitely would recommend them they're very awesome people very nice very understanding they were very very nice to me they made sure that my vehicle is right before they sent it home with me I do recommend them they definitely will be having a new customer in the near future for more repairs or anyting I would need done with my vehicle highly recommended awesome experience

Highly recommend the service department. Service manager Jeff and our mechanic Rich were so helpful and really went above and beyond. Super friendly and understanding of a tough situation for us. They were very quick to complete the repairs to get us back on the road. Thank you both again!

The WORST Service Department. Had an appointment for Monday to drop off truck for warranty work. When we left we said we would be back Wednesday. Arrived to get truck today and was informed that it had not even been looked at. As this is a work vehicle this lack of service is more than disappointing. When we calmly expressed displeasure with not only not being served, but also the lack of courtesy in not even receiving a phone call the lady in "customer service" told us we had a bad attitude. We asked for the manager and was told he wasn't in, and she made no attempt to get anyone else. We took our keys and truck and will take it to Love Chevrolet Columbia, where we have always had great service. We used Superior this time as they did have a great salesman last December when we purchased. I guess selling an 80k vehicle is easier for them than servicing one.

Three scheduled visits to this business and truly disappointed with customer service each time...I had to interrupt a conversation between three female employees, and got looked at sideways because of it...Really... The last scheduled visit was by far,the worst..took THREE HOURS for a tire rotation ( scheduled @10a.m.)and recall replacement..was told it would take about an hour, I could wait there, or leave and pick up in allotted time.. I chose to leave and gave my PHONE NUMBER, in case of early finish...guess when I got the call? NEVER...I had to call...finally at 1:30pm..you can pick up your car ,but we don't have the item to do recall.....WHAT????Lousy,unprofessional, uncaring, rude,and ignorant actions with customer service...will be taking my vehicle to another business for future service...All this attitude and nastiness after all these years, it hasn't changed, won't change...such a shame and so pitiful to act this way...so sad....

Thank you Buick for the speedy response!7/15/2022 1 Star: Made a appt for a simple diagnostic test at 9am! Diagnostic test are advertised all over the service area as $79.95. At 11:00a i had to request for my car back because a scan shouldn’t take 2hours especially with an appt being made. Im then charged $95.62.I asked why and he states “taxes”I get the bill taxes were $1.03They charged $14.64 for “shop charges” on a damn scan but dont mention it until time to go.Poor customer service and appts dont mean anything and learn how to explain the bill.

Top notch service. My family and I stopped in early Saturday morning on our way to Florida for vacation. We had a terrible shake in the front of our Suburban and they took us right in and fixed the problem. The guys up front were super nice as well and made us comfortable for our wait. Highly recommend them for any of your needs. Go check them out if you need to purchase a new car or for service!

Took my car for oil change and tire rotation, tech found that I have a heavy oil leak and needs to be addressed. I like that they give you a detailed report. I trust that they will be honest and fair.
