“I had called Smith’s 66 right before they closed for the evening. Clay Lee, the owner, was so kind and told me to stop in so they could see if they could diagnose the issue on my car. When I got there, they immediately ran diagnostics and took my car for a drive to see what the issue was. They went above and beyond for me. And again right before they were closing. I highly recommend bringing your car here. You will get amazing and honest service!!!”

“My car malfunctioned Saturday morning. I was coming from Charleston, SC to Hickory, NC due to my sister being unexpectedly placed in hospice. I was 2 hours into my 4 hour trip and pulled into Firestone an emotional wreck due to my sisters condition and having small children with me. Anita and another mechanic assisted me with so much grace and provided great service. They gave popsicles to the children and had my service completed in 2 hours. I was appreciative of that alone, but then I received a call a few hours later from Anita. She called to ensure I had arrived to my destination and said she was going to pray for my family. I couldn’t ask for better service.”
