NEVER AGAIN!! They came to my mama job and took the keys and car claiming they saw me driving the vehicle. For one they would’ve had to call law enforcement because it’s illegal for one to even have cameras in a rental and then they was trying force me to add myself to the rental when I told them I didn’t wanna be added. I repeat NEVER AGAIN would I go to them for a rental.

NEVER again! Let me start by saying I’m so hurt and upset right now! I got a call from two agents hollering at me telling me they will tow the car and get law enforcement involved just because I’m late by only a day and not even a full day returning the car. It was bad weather in Myrtle Beach where I have to pick my daughter up so I fell behind. Usually your deposit takes care of extensions by not with this company. Let’s just say I rented this car to move my daughter in at college on Tuesday. Today is only Friday and they charging me $180 PER DAY. I’ve paid them $470 upfront and then yesterday they changed the card on file another $180. They was only supposed to change the deposit of $200 to the card. They kept it on file but it wasn’t even my card to approve separate charges. They maxxed it out!! I paid cash and cash was what I was supposed to pay! Minus the deposit, I have to pay $580 for a rental that I picked up Tuesday and now is being told they will report this car stolen and it’s just Friday! So upset from them hollering at me threatening that I better have it to the Columbia SC location in a hour or pay them another $480! This is crazy! Can’t wait to finish picking up my daughter and returning this car asap!!! It’s a cold cold world!!! These men treated me like a child.

They deserve no stars! This company is all about money. They never want to own up to there mistakes. Will never rent or refer this company. They clearly needs better management and employees. Never dealt with a unprofessional, lack of customer service, no communication company before. Please Beware!

Sarah was very helpful and a treasure. I will always do business with them if I'm in need of a rental. Quick, to the point and no hassle. Folks stop sleeping on the Fox Rentals give them your business. Kudos to you Sarah in Orangeburg!

George is amazing because of his customer service is why i returned for a second time and when I say he looked out. I appreciate him 100% for his help he didnt have to stay late but knowing why i needed a car he waited pass his time to make sure I was able to get a car to go to my job training the following morning. They have a good selection of cars and decent pricing and great service. The best car rental in Orangeburg SC.

Stranded after my motorcycle broken down on 95. I needed a rental car ASAP. I called all the rental companies in the area and no luck. I called Fox.Rental looking for a rental car. He didnt have what i needed to get back home (VA) but he volunteered to pick me up from the dealer and take me to a hotel for the night. He was my saving grace for the night hands down!!! With that sir, “I salute you”. AIRBORNE!!!!!

George is AWESOME!!! He still goes above and beyond to help not only his customers but help anyone that walks through the doors. I brought my friend in to get a rental car because she was just in an accident. The insurance company screw her over big time. The adjustor totalled her car and only paid off half the balance which left her to pay the other half..$7000. George told us about an app that would give you the exact value of the car. She took the report back to the adjustor and now the insurance company paid the car off. We wouldn't never known if George hadn't told us. KUDOS George!!!
